WHOA!!! really had lot of happenings these few weeks :)
Many interesting incidents, some are good some are .........(*&&*(()......

I was walking and thinking about some Mathematical equations about 3 phase motor, then as I was about to open the door....BAM!!!!!! I could see a white light and stars :P
My classmate did not see me so PUSHED!!! the door thinking that there was no one behind it. Before I could "siam" the door already hit my head. Something interesting happened, I had the largest bruise I ever seen!!! LOLS I finally know the meaning of "baduku" !!!

The blessing was, I went to the doctor and the doc did not charge me a single cent!!! :P hehehehe I went to see a doctor for FREE!!! Thank You Lord :)

Recently I am also very sick and tired of the routine of certain stuff so went out to plan everything and ask myself what I want in life. How I wish to honor God with my current lifestyle?

So I decided to make some changes so that I will be able to give honor to Him :)

Today went to have tuition with sister Ivy, I find that she is an amazing teacher and it is really an honor to be able to go under her tutelage as I find that she is also a lover of mathematics :) Got some math books today and I really feel much at peace now as I KNOW that I am doing something not just wasting time (I am currently taking O levels mathematics as a private candidate).

Sis Ivy shared that, sometimes when you really put in effort and depend on God the blessings and effect is really soooo NOTICEABLE and encouraging!!! I agree to that Amen :)
I really wanna use my results as a "platform" to allow others who are either christians or not, to see God's power and glory!

I am currently SERIOUSLY way behind time, I started to register at May but did not really study for it till NOW!!! I have 14 weeks left! If I don't start now its all over!
I won't let God's name be shamed, I will bring myself to the highest and let others know the glory of God !!!

In my weakness may God's power be known!!!!

I just feel like posting and sharing about some bible verses because I had not done so in a while bare with me its a LONG post :p

Psalm 23 (New American Standard Bible)

Psalm 23

The LORD, the Psalmist's Shepherd.

A Psalm of David.

¹The LORD is myshepherd,
I shall not want.
²He makes me lie down in green pastures;
He leads me beside quiet waters.
³He restores my soul;
He guides me in the paths of righteousness
For His name's sake.
⁴Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death,
I fear no evil, for You are with me;
Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me.
⁵You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies;
You have anointed my head with oil;

I will share what I learn and feel from the verses 1-6, just these 6 verses are POWER PACKED with hope, promises of deliverance, salvation and LOVE :)

VERSE1) In verse 1, notice "I shall not want"...What it is trying to tell us is when we have God, we have ABUNDANCE. It also tells us not to look and desire the things of the world for when we look at the world we will "hunger" and "thirst" for more and more. When we have God will are "FILLED" read John 1-37 when Jesus ask the Samaritan woman for water at the well of Jacob, and told the woman about the "Living water".

VERSE2) In verse 2 "Makes me .... , Lead me ......" It tells us that God will keep us SAFE, and protect us from the times of trouble :) Psalm 12:5 says

"Because of the devastation of the afflicted, because of the groaning of the needy,
Now I will arise," says the LORD; "I will set him in the safety for which he longs."

Also notice "quiet waters", it means a place of REST in Matthew 11:28-30 ...

²⁸"Come to Me, all who are weary and heavy-laden, and I will give you REST.

²⁹"Take My yoke upon you and ^AN)">(AN)learn from Me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and ^AO)">YOU WILL FIND REST FOR YOUR SOULS.

VERSE3) In verse 3, "He restore my soul" The key word in this verse is RESTORATION, have you lost anything, I tell you God will RESTORE you all things, don't put your hope in men but put your hope in the King of Kings, Lord of Lord, our Jesus Christ....seek Him and Love Him :)

Acts 3:21 (New American Standard Bible)

²¹whom heaven must receive until the period of restoration of all things about which ^C)">(C)God spoke by the mouth of His holy prophets from ancient time.

Also notice in Verse 3 "He guides me" it talks about GUIDANCE, whereby the Lord your God will Himself GUIDE YOU in Psalms 119:105

And a light to my path.

The LIGHT and LAMP of God will shine forth your path and you will SEE and be GUIDED :)

VERSE4)"Even though .....through the valley of shadow...I will fear no evil.." in Verse 4 it talks about DELIVERANCE from all evil, no matter evil people or demonic forces, WE ARE DELIVERED !!!

2 Chronicles 20:17 (New International Version)

¹⁷ You will not have to fight this battle. Take up your positions; stand firm and see the deliverance the LORD will give you, O Judah and Jerusalem. Do not be afraid; do not be discouraged. Go out to face them tomorrow, and the LORD will be with you.' "

Notice "For You are with me"...also tells us of a Bond with our Father God :) He is THERE!!!

Deuteronomy 4:7 (New American Standard Bible)

⁷"For ^A)">(what great nation is there that has a god so near to it as is the LORD our God whenever we call on Him?

Still yet in VERSE 4 "Your rod and staff they COMFORT me, Rod and Staff I went to dictionary.com and search for the meanings
1 a stick, wand, staff, or the like, of wood, metal, or other material.
2 a wand, staff, or scepter carried as a symbol of office, authority, power, etc.
It tells us of PROTECTION, Authority and POWER the Lord has....
Comfort, yes I like the word :) the Lord will comfort you when your down,sad and upset.

Revelation 21:4 (New American Standard Bible)

⁴and He will wipe away every tear from their eyes; and there will no longer be any death; there will no longer be any mourning, or crying, or pain; the first things have passed away."

VERSE5) VERSE 5 "You prepare a table.....Anoint my head...." Tells us of PROVIDENCE and ANOINTMENT

Matthew 6

³⁰"But if God so clothes the grass of the field, which is alive today and tomorrow is thrown into the furnace, will He not much more clothe you? You of little faith!

³¹"Do not worry then, saying, 'What will we eat?' or 'What will we drink?' or 'What will we wear for clothing?'

I was wondering why "prepare a table in the presence of my enemies" Then I suddenly understand, because enemies may mean different things, poverty can be an enemy, demons can be an enemy. Maybe to different people it means many different challenges but NO MATTER whatever type of challenges Jesus will OVERCOME all :)

Anointing means "To SET apart to be holy" , yes indeed the Blood of the Lamb has made us righteous :)

VERSE6) FINALLY verse 6 "Surely goodness and LOVE......." "I will dwell in the House of the Lord"

It tells us of God's LOVE and SALVATION, whereby we are loved and saved!!! Sisters and Brothers NO whatever obstacles or sadness...know this thing

GOD LOVES YOU AND IS ALWAYS THERE FOR YOU NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Bought a Lamy 2000

First I wanna thank God for blessing me abundantly and I decided to buy a pen to reward myself as I've been so busy stressing about many engineering projects and my financial health.

Anyways Guess how much is it :P

Its a $91 pen, its ink refill is a whopping $7!!! The first time I bought such a expensive pen!!!
But the feeling is sooooo good :)

Lamy is a German writing instruments manufacturer, some pens are for showing off while others are for usage. Lamy is more catered to usage, this pen's body is made of FIBER GLASS!!! Its what they use on Airplanes that's why this pen is soooo light!!! There is also a stainless steel clip and tip. The middle section is so WELL MADE that I can't see the line that rotates when I change the ink!!

Damn!!! The Germans are good!!!

The main reason that I bought it was because I wanted to start doing some small investments and may consider doing minor business plus study for an engineering degree in the distant future. So I was thinking:"Hey is there something that I can use in all these events?". I know that in all this events I need something, I need a PEN! Lols!!!

The pen is mightier than the sword indeed!!! I fell in love with Lamy because of its engineering ingenuity and the elegance :) and I shall use it well for the glory of God :)

Recently many things happened in my life which indeed shows the deity, protection and blessings of our Heavenly Father. He blessed and prospered me through many recent businesses and investments, though small but I can see every guidance of His heavenly hand!

Sometimes I find it better to just slow down and look at things with more detail, that is how we can see God's grace in every deal/business/activity. God is not just a God of big things but He is also God of ALL things big and small :)

I find that God, when He wants to bless you, He will use many different people and events to bless you. For example last week I wanted to save money on food then sis Ivy invited me to this Financial Talk on how to plan for your wills, YEAH!!!

I am so young but I like going for such talks :p planning on wills HEHES!

Anyways I was blessed with a ARRAY of FOOD!!! Which was what I needed, I also won MOVIE TICKETS during that seminar ON THE SAME DAY!!!

Then I was able to gain wisdom on financial planning the following day!!! Cuz sis Ivy's director invited us for lunch, not only I learned how to plan,grow and invest my wealth. Sis Ivy's director aunt Lilian also treated us to ice cream :P !!!!

The Lord just kept blessing and blessing, I found out recently that my parents and me were not adequately protected in insurance and my sis offered to buy me insurance!!!!!!! OH man!!!! Blessings upon blessings!!!

In the same week I

4 GAINED wisdom which I LOVE THE MOST!!!

6 Went to a indian restaurant and the guy gave me UNLIMITED RICE

I won't say that I am lucky, because if I say I'm lucky I am taking credit from God, I will say that I am BLESSED!!! Max to the core!!!!

And I thank the Lord for it!!! I will share more on how to be blessed! but First don't expected anything in return but expect God to be honored!!!

I have indeed learned how to love God more and more, not just because of these blessings but because I can feel His presence in my life!!!

Remember in my previous blog post, I was very disappointed with myself for not being able to keep up to the Lord's standard and sinned against Him. I was praying and just FLIPPED the bible in frustration and was SHOCKED!!!
I was very encouraged after reading the content. The probability of flipping to a bible verse that is relevant is so low yet it happened!!!

When I told myself:"HEY!! I have sinned the Lord, the Lord in the highest, I tried but why have I failed? Lord save me from all of these...." It was shown to me that the Lord KNOWS that I am trying, I have the HEART to serve and to obey Him, and I have shown that I have grown throughout the years. He is pleased with my change but not with my sins, He is always there and NEAR me when I call upon His name....amen!!!

The Lord knows I FEAR him :) and He has cleansed me, He has anointed me!

When I went to sleep I had an AMAZING PROPHETIC dream, in my dream I was very ashamed of myself as I sinned against the Lord and covered my face with a blanket and cried, but I was speaking and praying in TONGUES!!! The glory of the Lord was shined upon me but I could not face Him, The Light was too strong!! My soul was very light and floating and the Presence was strong. It was a feeling I have not experienced before!

(I am sure that the brothers and sisters that are in the traditional church may forbid or feel uncomfortable but it seems only I, myself know this experience hmmz so I won't speak about this to you guys.)

When I woke up I discovered I could actually speak in tongues!!! He gave me several gifts recently I need to learn how to use them for His glory, all spiritual gifts are for LOVE and Glory to the Lord :)

I asked the Lord for prophetic utterance the night before I sleep, when the dream came it was as I prayed!

Amazing things are happening to my life and I thank You Lord!!!

Disappointment

Today was very anointed day for me, woke up declared victory in God and went out for my O level Maths class. When I went out I saw the sky was bright and there was no cloud, only the sun and white light. I was very awed and praised God for all His creations and beauty :)

After my class, went to buy ingredients for my weekly meal. Cut my hair and went to the gym, managed to train hard and after that invited my neighbor whose also a christian, to my library, I was not ashamed because my house is sooooo clean and smells so fresh unlike last time :)

The problem now came, I was trying to do something and I could not do it and I was really disappointed. I asked the Lord to rebuke me in His loving kindness and create in me a new heart, I had 3 tests and I only overcame 2, but I really feel the Lord's presence in delivering me from these 2 tests. Then on the 3rd test I was too tired and my faith was low so I lost on the 3rd test.

I believe God will forgive my failure, Lord I really need You to be the Lord of my heart and the strength of my life. I can't do it by myself, I need You Lord :)
I kept Your words in me so that I will not sin, and if I sin I pray that I may be delivered and overcome all obstacles :)

I could sense a strong spiritual warfare just now, a battle between the 2 but I will not elaborate. I need time to heal from all of this and be ready for the next attack. I told myself not to sin against Him and I believe He will give the the protection through the Holy Spirit and the blood of Lord Jesus!

140th post, WORDS OF WISDOM

Wow I got maths camp tomorrow :P So I'll just do a short one.
Recently as I am lying on my bed, I just can't sleep a lot of things just zapped into my mind. I kinda get the feeling of how the prophets felt during that time of the Old and New testaments. Several ideas and wisdom came to me, I'm gonna share one of them.

I was at youth fellowship yesterday, brother Nigel was not there so I MSNed him at night and asked him where was he. He told me he was doing project and studying with his classmates. I could vividly remember being reprimanded by pastor and some elders when I skipped church younger :P

I did not reprimand nor blamed brother Nigel instead I told him I was quite relived that he is studying and doing school stuff instead of hanging out with the wrong crowd.

NO I AM NOT ENCOURAGING PEOPLE NOT TO GO CHURCH OR FELLOWSHIP

I learned one thing, YOU CAN NEVER FORCE A PERSON TO DO SOMETHING.

I KNOW that God uses different opportunities and different ways to glorify His name through us. Maybe to certain people God wants them to go fellowship, maybe to others God wants them to be at other places to preach the gospel.

Fellowship and bible reading ALL OF THESE we can do in heaven, we can even find Saint Paul to do bible study with us, BUT there is only one thing that we can NEVER do again in heaven, that is to PREACH THE GOSPEL.

WE MUST know the meaning behind stuff.

What is fellowship for?

We must understand that God wants us to worship Him and know Him together with other christians.
Fellowship is actually for christians to bond and serve with each other. The world is a very negative and sinful place if we stay in it for too long we ourselves will be sinful and negative. That's why we need fellowship to renew,rekindle and relax ourselves in the presence of God.
There is nothing magical behind it, its only natural.

BUT

Worship on Sundays is a commandment, WE MUST WORSHIP Him on Sundays, Worship is also to renew,rekindle and relax ourselves in the presence of God but also of course worship.

My point is , If a christian is not at fellowship but doing a testimony or preaching somewhere, we should let him/her be, don't compromise such a good merit. Of course I am not telling anyone to skip fellowship. I want you guys to analyze the situation before skipping fellowship :) Of course best is don't skip, but no matter what you do, ANALYZE first.

Jesus Himself wants us to learn how to analyze and see what is better an important. LET ME SHOW YOU ANOTHER EXAMPLE

Jesus Anointed at Bethany

OPEN your eyes and see, Dont just do things beacuse pastor or elders tell you to. OBEY and follow God. Choose the better one :)

The art of giving!!!

A couple of days ago I joined my friend for dinner, I knew he went to visit a certain church as he is not a believer yet and would like to know more about Christ. As I was walking with him and his church friends I noticed one of them had a bandage, I immediately remembered that this bandage is those "Blood donor" bandages. I ask this brethren :" Hey bro you just gave blood arh :) that's a very gracious thing to do"... The brethren replied:"Oh cuz its better to give than to receive mahs"...

I never thought much I just answered unknowingly without using my mind :" Oh that's good but you must know one thing, when we give, it should be to help and bless others not to expect anything back"....The brethren face suddenly changed then I suddenly awoke and thought :"Hey what did I say again? Have I offended anyone?"...If your reading this I am sorry if I have offended you but you must know your attitude is wrong, even though your 7 years older than me.

I went home to ponder and meditate on God's world, in

Amen its true! BUT...... Your attitude must be for helping others, to bless people who are less fortunate not to EXPECT God to bless you and make you rich!

Let me share a bit more, on Sunday after service me and the brothers finish bible class and went for dinner.... After we had dinner we went to this bubble tea store, I had the opportunity to just treat them for drinks and I did! After sometime I suddenly remembered :"Hey am I doing this with the right attitude or am I wrong to bless them ?" I analyzed the situation and Praised God!!! Yeah I did not do anything unrighteousness because my goal or intention at that time is to just bless them without expecting anything in return, when they thanked me I just told them to Praise God!!!

I think some of the brothers and sisters have been blessed by me through Father God :) I always like to borrow ,buy and give certain books or bibles to certain people that I feel God want me to bless :)

Deep in my mind my intention has always been to GLORIFY God and let His blessings overflow to others through me. I never expected Him to bless me back but He ALWAYS blesses me back.

I wanna thank and praise You Father God for bringing me so much wisdom and opportunity these few day, opportunities to invest the money that You have given to me, I will do it well, I will do it in Your name, ALL glory belongs to You Father God :)

I NEVER proposed that I am better than anyone, but I just feel this mentality of (NEVER expecting anything back, but expect to bless/help others and GLORIFYING God) to be a more God exalting mentality :)

Conversations with God......Recent Thoughts..

I did something I don't much normally, I just talked to Father God, I POURED out my joy, feelings and problems to Him. I was so relaxed and strengthen through this conversation!!! I asked Him and inquired Him in the holy of the holies and I KNOW that He is there :)

I learned a couple of of things these few days and I would like to share

LESSON1: God gives you tests that you can handle!

First lesson is...... I believe that a lot of people especially the older generations, have a wrong conception of God, in their minds. They often think that the Lord is ALWAYS testing them, throwing them with some sort of hard to do thing that is too high standard,that makes them end up being brokenhearted and brought down .

Lets do a contrast between the devil's temptation and the Lord's test.
There is a DIFFERENCE between TEMPTATIONS AND TESTS

the devil's temptation is to stumble,discourage and break you down.

God's test is to encourage, edify and pull you up!!! amen :)

It is not a sin to be tempted but it is a sin to give in to temptation and sin.

God will sometimes give you tests, like in the book of Job and various saints,prophets were tested :)
BUT notice one thing God don't give you things you can't handle

The bible often tells us that the relationship of God and us is like a Father to a child :)

Matthew 7

¹¹"If you then, being evil, know how to give good gifts to your children, ^H)">(H)how much more will your Father who is in heaven give what is good to those who ask Him!

I noticed one thing.... when your son/daughter falls and break his/her leg, you will IMMEDIATELY go and embrace him/her and send the child to hospital right?

Who is crazy enough to laugh at his child if the child falls and break something? The Father God is so, He is SAD when we fall into sin and when we are down, but He is always there care and to EMBRACE us when cry for Him!

If your a person in the gym that can carry 10kg, God won't give you 1000kg to lift! I conclude that God will give you a test or challenge that is JUST RIGHT!!!

LESSON 2 Love Jesus who has already come :)

We humans are so &^**^&**^^&&(Don't wanna use naughty language)

We often can only love and put in feelings in things that we can see and touch, a good example will be...... If you like this girl, you start to develop feelings for her and think about her, and you start to love her. And the emotion can just develop continually because she is there, a object that you can develop feelings in.

But the Father God is a Spirit, He cannot be seen or touched therefore its so difficult for people to trust and love Him, even so in the case of a christian. You will find that at some point of your life you will love things like money,woman and certain items or things. And your feelings for God will fade away.

I FINALLY understand what Jesus said by

John 20 (New American Standard Bible)

²⁹ Jesus said to him, "Because you have seen Me, have you believed? Blessed are they who did not see, and yet believed."

We have MISSED out the main point.... Jesus is the "proof" and "Object" that came in the flesh so we can LOVE!!!

Hebrews 1 (New American Standard Bible)

³And He is the radiance of His glory and the exact representation of His nature, and upholds all things by the word of His power When He had made purification of sins, He sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high,

Jesus already came!!! He is the one that we should put our feelings, emotions and trust in!!!

Don't put your trust and emotions in things that are of the world because you will be DISAPPOINTED!!! God will never disappoint you , God will only bring you up high and bless you in Him :)

Follow Jesus, don't follow the world :)

Wow I had a lot of appointments and dinners these few days and I believe God has prepared them for me to share His miracles and wisdom with my brethren and friends :)

I went to 18chefs for like 2-3 times this week and I am sooooo addicted to the cheese bake rice HAHA! I just don't get sick of of the taste :P

But I manage to share the important stuff and today(22/6) I was able to share the gospel with 3 different people in the same day!!! I thank You God for Your amazing grace. The only problem I experience is that I don't have a good life testimony before my friends and brothers and sisters.

I think my testimony sucks!!! I need to pray and depend on the Father to bring me up to standard, I just keep saying the wrong things these few days. The bible says.....

SORRYYYYY guys if I have sinned against you by saying the wrong things or speaking without using my wisdom! I don't have enough sleep recently so my judgment is clouded but I will work on it.

Saw her at 7-11, she was till having that very professional charisma, met her at a investment firm last time.

Was happy to know that she is a sister in Christ that time but did not talk to her, then recently she wanted to borrow Pastor Joshua Harris's books so I was happy to borrow her. Brought her to 18 chefs cuz I just had a feeling she will like it, the ambient and food was kinda made for her.

Shocked that we have the same interests in food, then showed her around simei and of course TRUEVINE christian bookstore :)

Send sis Natasha to mrt then I just went to the library to borrow books, I thank You Jesus cuz I got the book I needed!!!!!!! WHAT A BLESSED DAY :p

East Coast Park

I just came back from East Coast Park, unfortunately it was very last minute so I don't have any pictures. Went out with this older brethren, I was at De en's condo the other time and in the sauna I met this friendly "uncle" and we became good friends, went out for swimming and gym almost everyday. So today went to ECP with his kids, I am very impressed by how he handle his kids and family, he is a very family orientated guy which is kinda rare in modern society.

I learned a lot of wisdom in handling people and family wisdom, I believe God brought me to this elder brethren for "upgrading" I enjoy the chatting session and just listening, PLAIN listening. The word of God says in

Proverbs 9:9 (New International Version)

⁹ Instruct a wise man and he will be wiser still;
teach a righteous man and he will add to his learning.

Amen to that :) Indeed God GAVE me the wisdom I DESIRED. These few nights as I was going to bed I asked the Lord :"Lord Lord please give me wisdom......" Indeed if pray according to the will of the Father it will be given to us

Illness

I just had the sickest and weirdest dream to date..... In my dream a teenager was being kidnapped by 2 people, then when the teen threatened to call the police one of the kidnappers slit the throat of the teen, and released the teen, the teen went back home and died in the arms of his parents then I woke up feeling like vomiting...........

Anyways I plan to do a lot of gym training and to exercise as I have been diagnose that I might have high blood pressure, I will PROVE that Jesus can break through all curses or illness, I am gonna LIVE!!! But I need every single one of you sisters and brothers to just pray and release a prayer of blessing and healing upon me.

Remember that many people in the bible used to have illnesses but through their faith in Jesus they are healed!!! Jesus frequently says :"Your faith has made you well/whole"....I believe that by Faith my illnesses will all be gone!!!

I always thank God that I am able to see His mercies and blessings in my life, and how He uses me to bless others and to encourage them. I really feel most satisfied when He receives credit and glory...amen :)

As I waking up, I had the weirdest dream about visiting this sister but that's another story. Went to visit my uncle's church this morning and I thank God I was able to settle the ushering duty with Nigel. Heard a very meaningful sermon, the pastor said something that really enlightens me....:"There is so many things that we christian can do but there is only one thing that we cannot do in heaven, that is to preach the gospel to unbelievers. Fellowship,Worship,Singing....ETC you can do in heaven you can even find Paul to bible study with you in heaven, BUT you can NEVER preach to the lost sheep......." THATS SO TRUE!!!

Many times we emphasize too much on worship and all the outer parts but we forget that our mission in life as Christian is to PREACH the gospel of love to the lost that they may be saved by the love of God. "Jesus was beaten,shamed and KILLED just for you....all He wants is for you to put your trust in Him".......John Piper..... Amen preach the gospel :)

Then God shocked me again, I will not hide anything from you my brothers and sisters....I have sinned against the Lord, in the bible
1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has seized you except what is common to man. And God is faithful; He will not let you be tempted beyond what you can bear. But when you are tempted, He will also provide a way out so that you can stand up under it.

But I still sinned!!! so I questioned myself, its not a question of protection, its my OWN WILL!!! I was deeply troubled and apologized to the Father. Went to talk to my cousin about Logos and Rhema...... Then during the sermon the pastor shared about Logos and Rhema...... I was soooo shocked.......

Logos is the word, the understanding of the bible. Rhema is the fulfillment of the Logos, to make the word come "alive"....that is to apply the bible in our daily lives !!! Though I know the bible but I did not apply it to my life that's why I failed so badly.

After much prayer and the church ended, went to have lunch with uncle and cousin Michelle, uncle treated me and I am so blessed and grateful :) God bless him.

Went for a movie session and watched "Drag me to hell" My heart CANNOT take it!!! So scary!!! But I learned alot of new things :)

Anyways I am gonna pray and do some bible reading..... bye all, pray for me :)

Sauna day

I wanna take this opportunity to Praise and Thank Lord Jesus :)
Indeed when I let go and let God take over everything is just perfect, my Final year project was successful!!! Few weeks ago I was so tired and stressed out so I just prayed and let God intervene and trusted Him.....I told the Lord....if the faith of a mustard seed can move mountains then Lord my faith in You is MORE than a mustard seed!!!

And miracles started to happen, my proposal was accepted, the investors and Heads accepted my presentation, and the team began to do work :)

Ok today I went to the condo for gym and water training, Joel joined me as his house was under renovation. The training was kinda ermmmmmm light hahas, went for swim which was better than expected, gained some stamina. Then went for sauna which was kinda HOT!!!

Church started and I really enjoyed the worship but don't like the video cuz its soooooo sleepy but the content is good, I have to agree with that.
Choir began but did not join as I can't commit.

Have been listening to a lot of christian songs recently and chatted with a lot of christians. I never felt the need to honor God in these few years till now......Recently I just want to do everything for Jesus and be the best in everything for God, there is a sports man said "To win is to honor God"...and indeed it is very true for me.

There are many christians that refuse or are afraid to say they are christians, they keep parts of their lives to themselves because the are afraid that God will change it or God will not allow them to do certain things. You can read in their writings or blogs that they don't really write about the testimony of what God has done in their lives or what they wish to do in God.

Hmmmmz I am not judging or discrediting them but I would advise them to GIVE every part of their lives to Jesus, let me share with you a story.

When I was bout 18 I discovered a society of playboys, their creed or goal is to get as many girls as possible . They publish books and writings or their adventures and conquest and "how to". I got a couple of their books and started to do some experiments on my own.......deep in my heart I felt it was wrong as in the book of Romans it says man has the ability to feel and know right from wrong.

But I was telling myself to just ignore it and carry on with the experiment as I am afraid to give God the part of my life, the "love life" part. Although it worked in the experiments but I still felt an emptiness, its like you have attained your ultimate goal yet you feel so EMPTY!!!

I could not believe it, how come its like that??? I went to reflect and came up with a conclusion, due to the fact that I did not give God this "part" of my life, I just felt empty, not in the soul as I am saved by Jesus, but the "love life" part feels so empty.....

GIVE, GIVE EVERYTHING to Jesus!!!

Don't be afraid, God is a God that NEVER let you down :)

Life is frail....

I just want to use this time I have to blog about my favorite uncle, my mum's elder sis's husband.....hehehe...take a moment to think as Chinese families are large and we have a lot of links...

Anyways I always remembered having great memories with this uncle, when I was little I would hang out at aunt's house and aunt will always give me SUPER LONG lectures about life and behaving as I was a super naughty kid. But uncle will always treat me super well and give me all the good food like chicken wings and drinks :P

Then this year due to his long habit of smoking he caught lung cancer, it started out as a backache but it turned out to be terminal cancer. I will advise you or anyone to constantly go for checkups and have a healthy lifestyle. Uncle passed away on Monday, I kinda "sensed" it, during Sunday I had this strong calling to go to woodlands and just pray for uncle and see him.

I went back and prayed that he will have visions of Jesus and would slowly accept Him, and that he will pass on without pain, to pass on in his sleep. I went back home on Sunday, then on Monday I heard that uncle pass on in his sleep...... I was SHOCKED!!! If I had not gone to see him on Sunday I would NEVER have a chance, and he was happy and smiling when he saw me.

I was terribly hit with a feeling of sadness but I just could not cry for a reason, I keep seeing all the memories I had with him since I was 7.........

Went to help out at the funeral, there was little regrets or sadness as everything was prepared and done according to uncle. Talked to my cuzzies and all the uncle,aunties.....They seem impressed that by God that I have changed so much since the last encounter. God just impresses them everytime :)

Friday, I was thinking if I should go school or go the funeral, in the end I went to the funeral for the last time and after the whole thing went to swim and train.....Super exhausted these few days.....Felt like I nv rested!!!

Recently I think I have acted maliciously to a classmate of mine, in so many years of my life as a student I have NEVER seen a WHOLE class turning against ONE person!!! There is a weird classmate that pissed EVERYONE in the class by doing very selfish things. But since God has forgiven me I will forgive, initially I was not pissed off, but after the guy added the girl(from my previous posts the one I had a crush on), my anger just burned! Just a anger of how an alpha male would feel if other males get too close to his mate......arhhh what a bad example LOL>>>>>>>>>Elv_Wan

Well today I managed to sleep for 8 hours, attended the walkaton in school but I ran so finished it quickly. Got to see an Israelite martial art call Kapap, its a special forces martial art so not widely known, the master told me to wear a helmet and try to dodge him, me and my friend who is a black belt LOST!!!!!!!! TOO FAST!!!

Very interesting martial art, planning to learn a bit for health. Then went to COOS to visit uncle geeyean HAHAHAHAHA his gonna kill me when he see I type "uncle". I was SHOCKED!!!!!!!! Today was AMAZING!!! Can really feel and see the anointing of the Spirit. Its like every time I have a question, I go to COOS its solved in some way!!!

Something happened to gee yean that has not happened in 10 years...they call it the holy laughter bahs.....hmmmz anyways. I really enjoyed the whole worship and I learned something new.

According to science, and from this book call gray's anatomy....not the tv show it is a doctor's book, according to the book, it is said that when a woman is pregnant, the blood of the baby is not from the female's body but from the male.

Jesus Christ was conceived of the Holy Spirit, so the blood of Jesus was not from Mary but from the Father in heaven. If the blood of Jesus had human elements in it then it would have been corrupted because the fact is that the layman has sin passed down through the generations from Adam, but the blood of Jesus is PURE!!!

That's why we can say that the blood of the lamb can forgive sin and heal us :)

Today I am utter ashamed yet SATISFIED!!! It was a very long day, went to school but found out that ALL my teachers CANCELLED, so technically I have NO SCHOOL!!! But went to discuss my Final Year Project instead as it was rejected :( SIS and bros PLEASE PRAY for my final year project :) cuz its really a challenge and I only have 3 weeks left.

Then went to help my CCA teacher fix some carts as I am the overall in charge for logistics. After everything went to SWIM!!!

Initially my goal to go swim is to flirt with the girl life guard and to practice conversing with women as I am very FRIGHTENED by them. Was happily swimming and flirting, playing some number and name guessing names. Then she asked me a question that SHOOK my world, "Hey are you a christian?"!!!! , I was SUPER shocked, I was thinking HEY HOW DID YOU KNOW??? Then she shared that she could feel I am a christian because she WAS ONE HERSELF!!!

I was asking God for forgiveness in my mind cuz I think I did a bad thing by wanting to know her with an agenda..........I listened to her sharing and frustrations on her church and relationship with God. Went to swim a few laps and a name just came into my head, sheeming/shimin or something.

Went back to talk to her and found that her name is Stella, counseled her a bit and talked about God, the bible and how God is really a God of Love. That if a man has 100 sheep and loses one of them, after many hours finally find back that one lost sheep....how HAPPY he will be, then I added a final note.....YOU are the sheep :)

I truly enjoyed talking to her and just praying for her as a older brother in Christ, I apologized to her and confessed that initially I just wanted to practice talking to women so chatted with her but she did not believe that I was Terrified with women lols. A verse just came into my head, Treat all younger women with purity and respect as your little sisters :) .....I believed then God has forgiven :) in Genesis 50:20

Chatted more about the Holy Spirit and shared that I normally don't swim during Tuesdays so maybe God has send me to bring her back to the heart of worship :P She seem to enjoy the whole time with me and God.

As we were walking to the bus stop, I asked a question:"HEY is your chinese name shimin or something like that??? SHE FREAKED OUT, I was thinking Hallelujah Praise God :)
God is really trying to bring you back sis!!! Heard that most people can't figure out her chinese name but God revealed it to me bahs :)

Then went to meet my sis for dinner and buy a pair of Nikes as my shoe was STOLEN!!! boohoo butI forgive and bless that person........Watched Angels and Demons which was kinda nice cuz I understand, but this movie seems to attack the Catholics more than Christians LOL HAHAHA!!!

FRIDAY

Another powerpacked week, I have learned another important thingy :)

The bible always tells us to relate to God as a child of God, and that He is our father and I find it amazing that a lot of us ACTUALLY DON'T KNOW HOW TO!!! :) I believe for Asians its even worse because for us Chinese we don't really show our emotions to our elders or parents and that is just so sad.

As I have blogged previously that I sinned against the Lord in some of the choices I made and there was this incident, I was in my classroom doing a lab then I thought my team mate already let the teacher to check my circuit. So I turned back and switch the power switch on and half of my lab short circuited!!! The teacher was pissed LOL, then he said something that really made sense to me "WHO GAVE YOU PERMISSION TO.......". When I went back home to reflect upon this incident I can really relate back to our Father in heaven.

At times we do certain disgraceful things and God is pissed off, the Lord is actually feels the same way JUST as our parents/elders/teachers. The Father is just as our father in earth, He cares about us and are interested when we have girlfriends/boyfriends, when we work, when we do things :)

TREAT THE LORD AS YOUR OWN FATHER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I was really sad as I feel that I let the Father down at times, the feeling is just like letting your own father down :(
If the Lord do not give you the blessing or permission to do things DO NOT DO IT, a good example will be if you wanna date this guy/girl but your dad tells you not to cuz he knows that it is not right and the person don't have the character yet you disobey and in the end you get hurt.Is it your dad that did the wrong thing or you??? Go think about it :)

SATURDAY & SUNDAY

I recently picked up a habit that I like to do on Saturdays, I will take a guitar go up to the sanctuary and POUR out my sadness,let downs,problems,prayers and basically my Soul to God. I will play songs and pray to God and I felt the Spirit anointing me and there was a burning feeling in me, like my passion being rekindled :)

Went to eat dinner with xz and zh and alot of funny things happened, there was a poem

SOOO FUNNY LOR, then saw henry's mum xz held us back and went to auntie's back and shouted "ROBBERY GIVE ME YOUR MONEY!!!" Auntie gave the FUNNIEST EXPRESSION!!!!!!! AHAHAHAHAHAHA SOOOOO BAD LOR :) thats why gen loves him LOL.

Then went to eat, its suppose to be called "olive rice" in chinese "kan lan fan", zh said "kum lan fan" which means "oral s*x rice" .................................

LOL so many funny things :)

But I really enjoyed the sunday service, but had to go study for my mathematics :)

Wow alot has happened to me these 2 weeks. But I really want to thank God that I can preach His gospel and share the love of Jesus to my friends,strangers and classmates. Sunday night was great as I was able to pray for a sister in the church on her studies. Monday was more on sharing the message and blessings of Jesus to my classmate, I met this guy whom was working for the bank Prudential. He told me about this investment plan which I really liked as I don't really know where to put my money and often end up spending it.

The plan basically lets me earn an interest of 5% and above in a year. I also watched star trek hahas, was kinda fun to learn about this super intelligent race. I could relate to that alien, the alien was a mix with human and alien blood. So what happens was the alien got alot of emotions but yet his race demands absolute logic instead of using emotions to reason with matters. Sometimes I have to force myself to use logic to think and solve things but at the end of the day I feel so contradicted and unhappy LOL......

I took cab a couple of times these week and was able to talk about God and Jesus everytime and I feel that it is really a blessing to be able to preach. I know that every single time we talk to others about God, God will not forget it, God will honor everytime we preach. It is an honor to minister to others to bring the gospel of love and peace to the world :)

Hehes but I was also punished for my sins(I won't give the details) too, the word says "Whom ever the Father loves He rebukes". So I am also quite happy hehes.

Went to swim and saw a girl life guard, I took the opportunity to make friends and I think humored her alot. I am trying out experiments on certain stuff, I hope to accomplish a special goal I have and not sin against God :)

It has been revealed onto me but I would like to apologize to God, He showed me not to woo that girl and told me to let go. I thought I have really let go, but when I saw her with other guys joking and laughing I get so Jealous and frustrated. Then I realized I have not truly let go, I went to swim, do push ups and then went to the gym for 2 freaking hours!!! To just try to forget her, EVERY rep EVERY stroke I have tried to forget her to forget her beauty, to forget her cuteness, to forget how she stole my heart away without doing anything......I have truly been defeated by a girl this time......

When I let go it is the moment I know what it is true love, true love is sacrifice more than forcing on. I spend the night PRAYING FOR HER,and reading the bible. I though that the group of guys who flirted with her, there was a guy whom I thought was kinda perfect for her so I prayed that God will bring them together if it is His will. Although it really breaks me again and again but I just want her to be HAPPY!!! sob sob(Nah I am not crying :P) LOL

I brought tony to swim today and went to the sauna at De en's condo, had a great bonding and I really understand why the ancient Greeks love public bath houses and sauna's so much. I don't want to let my broken heart affect my serving to God and studies haizzzzz

So emo nowadays :p

Wow another power packed few days :)

I just found out that my Final year project is EXTREMELY difficult but I am GLAD!!!! IN Psalms 27 there is a line that strikes out to me ............³ Though an army besiege me,
my heart will not fear;
though war break out against me,
even then will I be confident.
This verse really ENCOURAGED me by 100000000% hehe, I went to Clementi to see the supplier to check out my solar panels and was shocked by the whole experience and was discouraged,then went to the bus stop super late as the supplier won't stop talking. It was 8.45pm called my cca, event's head, Yixiang 2 times she nv rely so sian cuz everything was very last minute.....

I can't find any bus to go back to Clementi Mrt so had to take 66 which was 37 bus stops before reaching my home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Then I was thinking, "Hey I have sinned against the Lord and I told Him to break and punish me according to His righteousness" so I was thinking serves me right :)

Everything that day was a mess, then a sudden thought came to me, why not read the bible since I have 37 bus stop. I manage to read the whole chapter of Matthew as I was already in chapter 19-20??? Yixiang sms me say want to send me things on msn and I thought I might have offended her cuz I smsed her saying "Wah you soooo good lor can enjoy dinner while I am at Clementi lols"....in fact she was STUDYING!!!!! Then I felt, wow she is no christian yet she works sooooooooo freaking Hard!!! Why am I so lazy??????

So I sms her "Wah I am so mean lor.........Drink more water, try some coffee for energy and eat some fruits, don't over strain your body". Was kinda feeling beaten up by a girl cuz I thought I was sooo "ON" and hardworking but she beat me to it........LOL!!!

When I reached home I was kinda sad so slept but CANT SLEEP!!! ARHHH lol

Then today I went to school and swim, after swimming for like 50 mins the guard chase me OUT!!!! cuz I was wearing surfing pants instead of swimming pants LOL....Again I was thinking Hey maybe God can make my situation better so I prayed.... Then I saw the guard carrying some heavy stuff so I just went to apologise and ask if he needed help......

At the end of the day we became good friends HAHAHHAHAHAHA I heard he wrote 3 books on body building and training . He taught me alot of stuff in weight training and running :)

Went to borrow his books at the library and they were just one final copy left and I was like wow thank YOU GOD :)
Then went to Pasir ris to eat subway before going home...................

Spiritual day

Today was especially spiritual and I have not experienced anything like this for a long time. Went to the school and just prayed for classmates and especially Francis (not my uncle with the same name), I was really feeling a peace and joy I have not felt for sometime.

Then went to De en's condo to meet his mum and just chatted and returned LOADS of books. It was really an enjoyable chat because we shared many Testimonies about God and how God helped us in time of need. De en's mum said that her dad pass away when she was young and God really helped her mum to run a business and it was really thriving. In Proverbs we learn that God helped widows and will not allow the righteous to starve it HOW TRUE IS THAT AMEN HALLELUJAH.

But I really enjoyed teaching auntie to play guitar and went to swim, I was granted unlimited access to the pool and gym from now on :P

I just want to thank Jesus to bless me again and again :)

Breakdown

Yesterday night something happened to me that I never expected, I was thinking about my parents and all the people around me then I suddenly broke down and cried!!! I was thinking that Mothers and Fathers day is coming so what is on my mind, I thought about my parents and how God blessed me by giving such good parents who provided me with everything emotionally to materially.

I thought and thought then noticed that I have NOTHING for them, I have failed as a son, I am never good enough. I compared a lot of my neighbor's children and it broke me again, I am just an ITE student that has no qualifications now. But Jesus really matters more, then I thought about my brothers and sisters in Christ then it broke me again. I have done NOTHING and have NOTHING for GOD. The sadness just overwhelmed me and I saw all the sins I did in the past , it came back to haunt me and I felt I let down God more than anyone.

Then I saw Stella and Shanna, and I remembered how Stella was so discouraged about Shanna not putting an effort in studying. I just prayed for those around me and was not able to sleep.

I woke up an hour earlier than I should to just go and read the bible and pray. Today was just GREAT HALLELUJAH!!!

First before I write this post I will like to say, Thank You Jesus, thank You for bearing with my childishness and iniquity even though I don't deserve it, thank You Jesus for showing me love and grace even though I was a sinner that kept going back to my sins, thank You for healing me.

Today when I woke up I felt so refreshed and healed from my heart break(read last few posts), I knew Jesus had forgiven and healed me for being so childish. I believe that God will lead me to the right one :) meanwhile I will still like to pray for her salvation and that she too will be blessed in the kingdom of God. I went on the computer and just waited for my cousin for a while as I was gonna check out my uncle's church at aljunied. He haven't decided to stay at which church yet so we praying for him first. Then suddenly my cousin smsed me and said it was canceled so I was like OOOHHHHH MANNNN!!!! I prayed for God to lead me to explore a good church then I suddenly remembered Light House Evangelism!

Went there by cab as I was kinda late but I felt really good and refreshed :) the taxi uncle drove me to the wrong place then when we got there he was kinda nice to me and charge me cheap. So I thanked God for it :) I thank God in all things hallelujah Lord.
Today's service was on Revelations and I really LEARNED a lot of wisdom!!! Overall it is still a high quality church that I remembered lol.

Then went to eat subway before going to the airport and it was GREAT, the airport was super quiet and I did my bible study and read some books I bought from times, "Boy meets girl" was the title. Its a book by pastor Joshua Harris, I really learn to enjoy his books on relationships and it really taught and touched me. I felt so enlighten then Anthony called me to go for dinner and his driving LOL!!! Went BACK to tampines and took his lorry to bedok to FEAST and then was driven back home.

Now I am watching videos and gonna do more bible reading and prayers :P

Wow these 2 weeks were a blast to me, had to learn so many things and manage to absorb in so much in such a short time that it made me a bit crazy :p
And there were so many interesting things that happened to me :)

1 I saw my picture on an ITE poster, under the Electrical Engineering dept and I feel so honored
2 I went to eat super nice sushi at Tampines1
3 I like the girl that I should not have liked again
4 I understand how God feels in a way :)
Initially I didn't know that I was featured on a poster till my classmate told me. I remembered my teacher wanted to take a picture of me when I was doing my calculations on an XL circuit which consists of a Resistor and an Inductor. The circuit is a fun one but I never thought and I really felt honored to be featured as I am proud(not bad pride) to be an electrical student but they put my pic in a nitec course which is ..............lol I am higher nitec lehzzzz

This I got to enjoy at Sushi Teh, the fish is 30 percent fresher than conventional Japanese Restaurants

Recently my passion rekindled for a girl again, I have blogged about her last time bahs......I don't know why but it just happened??? And so I prayed for God's sign, I believe many of my friends were thinking its kinda weird because normally when people fall in love they just go, as in just go to tackle the girl. But through much bible study and learning from other people's experience, I have learned to consult the Father in all things major and minor as much as I can.

A friend said:" you don't try you will never know...", I do agree but if God says no then it won't be right in His sight anyways so why should I do something that is against God. But don't get me wrong, I respect her, if I could use a color to signify her I would use white pure snow. True love is commitment and caring about each other truthfully not about having fun or physical relationships.

Many of the youths are too focus in getting what they desire than what God made love between two persons to be like. Joshua Harris wrote a book call "I kiss dating goodbye" and it really made things clearer to me and it raises several good points

Do I seek her to satisfy my needs?
Will we be able to give glory to God?
Will this relationship be on the goal of marriage?

Anyways I prayed for a sign to appear by Tuesday and by Wednesday I believe God will show me the way :)

I learned something from God again by looking into His shoes. In my situation, I prayed that God will show the way and that He will bless her and give her the right man instead of praying that she will fall in love with me. Because I know that true love is not forcing someone to do what you want but to give them space and ability to make their own decisions....FREE WILL!!!

That's why God created us even knowing that we have the possibility to sin, because through all these He knows that we really love Him or not :)

Today I went to just relax in the world of mathematics and engineering :)

I read the proverbs and a verse really stroke me, Agur whom is one of the writers of proverbs said something about him being the most stupid person as he don't have wisdom and do not know God. That is so humble because I read about his writings and it really seems that this man is intelligent by the way it is in Proverbs 30 GO READ IT UP......

The reason I say Agur is an intelligent man is in the verses 7-9, he asks God to give him neither riches or poverty!!! How many of us can do that? If he gets rich he will forsake God, if he is poor he will rob people. So he made a very logical choice of a balance, how many of us can really think this way and commit to Him. Agur also trusts in the Lord fully, it is being expanded on verse 5 whereby he says:" Every word of God is flawless; He is a shield to those who take refuge in him"

I really like the example of such wise people trusting and humbling themselves before the Father :) the bible also talks about pride, that a fool will win over any person that think he/she is smart and better than other people. Pride was the primary cause that made lucifer fell from the glory of the Almighty.

This verse applies to me differently (V3) I rephrase the verse in this way.....Surely I am more STUPID than any man,if I do not know God.....today my teacher said I am a genius, I do not know if it is meant seriously or jokingly but I suddenly remember Proverbs 30:3 again and it humbled me.

I am gonna do a report soon on "Defense of the Charismatic churches", though many negative reports have been written against the charismatics but I am gonna write supportive posts about them :)

Today is the second week of school and I learned an important lesson on forgiving, here is the story. It is my final year now so I have to form a group for my Final Year Project, those of you in Poly,ITE or Uni will know about it. So I manage to form a group which was all the A and B students in my class and we are considered a "strong" team.

There was a guy in my group who gave me a very good impression as he gave up his cca in order to study and do well for the project, so I was quite happy for him as if you think about it ccas are for getting you into poly easier but if you don't have the base of results you can dream about getting into poly cuz you can't! Then my teacher (whom coincidentally is a good friend and church friend of uncle Francis :P hahahaha I got strings to pull hehe nah lol kidding) my teacher wanted my group to do a project proposal by Sunday 12pm.

I completed the project proposal during Saturday and kept reminding that guy in my group to do further editing on it as I completed 90 percent of it liao so he just have to fill in the blanks, then 9pm I called him to confirm for the last time. Then late in the night at around 11.45 I can't contact the guy so I suspected that he slept then I was SUPER disappointed but I force myself not to blame anyone. Finally received a call and the guy really slept, my sister was also quite pissed off cuz the guy had no sense of urgency hehe the guy send me the edited version and now I was super disappointed. Its just a few words and arrows, so I did the whole thing again and send to my teacher but by then it was a bit too late. I hope everything will work out by the grace of God.

I suddenly was able to see a lesson from it :)

Matthew 6
14For if you forgive men when they sin against you, your heavenly Father will also forgive you. ¹⁵But if you do not forgive men their sins, your Father will not forgive your sins.

I knew this so what I did was I told myself I must forgive the guy for God has forgiven me for things even worse than what he did.

Another thing also opened in my mind :) What he did to me, as in how he gave me such high hopes and yet disappoint me, this feeling also gave me a preview of sometimes how the Father feels when we give Him such high hopes yet sinned and crush His hopes. Oh forgive me Father for I have sinned against You, I need you to show me the way and Your anointing of the Holy Spirit to keep me from sin.

Sometimes I like to put myself in the shoes/view of God, of how the Father view us from His place and how He must have felt when we do things that are not right in His sight and how sin is like shit poured on us from head to toe that only God can remove it. If you feed a person shit the person will say no but if you continue to feed the persons shit slowly in time the person will eat shit even if you don't tell him to. In so sin manipulates us in away that we become so ashamed to come before God for forgiveness. In the book of Genesis, God tells us to master our sin or we will be conquered by sin.

⁶ Then the LORD said to Cain, "Why are you angry? Why is your face downcast? ⁷ If you do what is right, will you not be accepted? But if you do not do what is right, sin is crouching at your door; it desires to have you, but you must master it."

40 day thingy

Recently I wanted to try this thing as I found that in the bible there are a lot of saints or prophets that did this 40 days of consecration whereby they pray and keep themselves from sin within this 40 days. I also remembered watching this movie call 40 days and 40 nights which is an american film about this guy that kept from all sexual sin due to a bet by his friends whom felt he can't do it.

Then I pondered again actually I already started this program and today is the 15th day but I find that hey actually some of the prophets and biblical people e.g. Noah,Elijah..... they did not know that they were going through this 40 day thingy. In fact they just breezed through and I was thinking why??? I finally got it , they did not do this program for their self righteousness, they were just on a trip together with God and it really allows them to know Him more and to learn from Him.

The bible said Jesus was tempted for 40 days and I believed that within this 40 days He really got closer to God (In human terms, sometimes Jesus will show how to behave or to do things in terms of a human, for example before He was crucified He prayed, as a God can't He just breeze through everything??? No He wanted to show His love for all mankind and that He can triumph as a human.) and He often sneak off to pray to the Father.

I believe that Jesus already showed us many ways of how we should do things and to seek God even when there are times we feel we can't or when we are in awkward situations. So its time for me to not seek my own righteousness but to know that I really Need God in my life to guide me and to fill me with the Holy Spirit so I don't fall into the temptation of sin.

I want to dedicate myself to God not just for 40 days but forever till I see Him, and that I won't feel shameful to come before Him in heaven. I understand that in the bible it says that God will reveal all things shameful and sinful that a person has done in life. So even though impossible but I know that through God sin can be conquered and that prepare yourselves for that day when you meet God.

There are always 2 sides to a coin, we always like and prefer to see God as the loving tender Father figure but don't forget through out the bible it says that God is a Consuming Fire. All things impure and unholy perishes before Him. In Numbers there has been incident whereby the priests are not prepared and consecrated well and they just DIED before the Tabernacle e.g. the sons of Aaron and some Israelite who went against Moses and God.

"Eli,Eli Lama sabachthani" Matthew 27:46 Were the few last words that Jesus spoke when He died and this was the only time that the bond trinity BROKE for the first time in eternity. The Father loves the Son and the Son loves the Spirit, but to forgive our sins the Father had to forsake His only Son..........I watched the passion of the Christ again after such a long time and it really broke me to see the pain that Jesus had to go through to forgive me. I now look at Jesus at a even more personal level that I previously had. I feel that if I continue in sin that what difference does it make between me and the roman soldiers that beaten and crucified Him to the cross.......

Today I went to my cousin's church, yes the who comes to Macedonia every week with my uncle :) Was quite late when I receive her message to meet at 12am so rushed out and thank God managed to reach in time. We were talking in the bus where a bus on the road EXPLODED and there were a huge mess of smoke and fire. A construction work rushed up to borrow an fire extinguisher to kill the flame thank God it was not my bus and no one was hurt.

Reached Suntec and met some of Michelle's group members and just chatted but felt a bit of awkwardness as it was the first time I met so many people but it was still good :)
Then went for the service together and it was GREAT !!! But the kids were jumping up and down so much that the platform was shaking and I thought the stage was going to collapse. The message was unexpectedly very biblical I thought that the church was more of a devotional church but the bible teacher was very good.

Went for dinner with Michelle's cell group and I really enjoyed the fellowship and find that 2 people really think like me, or should I saw I think like them :) Talked about university life and Theological stuff, was really unexpected but Matthias was even deeper in theology and philosophy than me hahaha I joked with Michelle that he won because he is older than me but if I reached his stage I will win lol. There was a girl that was also very intellectual but looked very blur :P I think her name is Rachael and she studies English at NUS. The thing is she is the same age as me!!!! The rest of the group are 22 and above so I really liked hanging out with them.

Went to buy a special organic soap today and it was on DISCOUNT for half price!!! HALLELUJAH God really blessed me in all ways :)
Then just talked to Weikai who was a Chemistry student that is crazy about Quantum Mechanics hahaha very cool explanation he made but I really like to link it to God as he is a visitor that likes visiting churches but can't bring himself to believe in God. As he prefers to look at things using science and evidence, I remember reading books like "Evidence for Christ..." But sooo disappointed that I did not read it well and can't explain otherwise another person would have benefited but thank God I remember Metaphysics and Quantum Mechanics.

Weikai talked about particles and energy, atoms etc....So I was able to link to God, saying that if you break things down you can see energy and atoms etc.... that's why we say God is everywhere and omnipotent as He is energy and is able to do all things. The chat was then into other stuff as I don't like to force a person into seeing my view point without a clear explanation and I was really praying that he can see not just logic and science but the love of God :)

I know that he really enjoys baking and studying hahaha...then went home and Michelle also went home too. I am praying soon hehe

Wow!!!
These few days were extremely heavy for me, not just physically but mentally and spiritually. Nothing hurts me more than looking back 2000 years ago where Jesus died for MY sins, My redemption, ME! "Christianity is not a religion but a RELATIONSHIP with God" says pastor kong hee and I agree to it amen hallelujah. I feel shamed when I know that I am a christian, a child of God , a priest of the most High and yet I am not able to meet up to His standards. Thats why I need Him even more BUT I won't shrink my responsibilities of keeping myself from sin.

Thursday my ex ITE friend Anthony invited me to watch a movie call "The fast and the furious" and he also invited this christian classmate Sherill who is from city harvest . After the movie Sherill invited me to a good Friday event and I knew that there were no events in Macedonia so I asked Anthony to come along and was shocked he agreed. We went for coffee and I was very excited to share the gospel, Jesus's mission and the love of God.

On Friday it rained heavily, in my mind I was immediately reminded of the incident whereby Jesus was crucified and died and there was a sudden change of weather, great earthquakes shook Jerusalem and the Veil was torn. Anyways we went for the city harvest drama and there were LOADS of people. Me and Anthony went to walk around Expo first and Jack Neo was on stage talking about the economy and there were a lot of games. After playing the games we went in and I saw some people that I knew and were on my friendster/facebook chatted with some of them. And soon the drama began, the drama was about what if there was a person that could create a drug that can change the DNA of a person and cause the person not to sin!!! Won't the world be free of sin???

Immediately I remembered of something, and I was struck with the image of De en LOL for no reason but anyways I thought like a theologian and came up with some answers.

1 There will be no more freedom as man no longer have the ability to make choices hence ruining what God gave; Free will.

2 You will not be able to see who really is changed, God refines people, the beauty of it all is that God causes the change and that means even if you can sin you choose not to and hence giving Him the glory.

Anyways back to the drama, there was a scene where alot of people cried that is when Jesus was beaten up by the roman soldiers and I was thinking hey I heard the drama is going to be on for 3 days and there are 3 slots of service that means this guy have to act 9 times and cry 9 times!!!!! WOW what stamina, but I know it will get better with time as in the acting.

Then went to watch another movie again and went home, today was also a good day for me as I had good fellowship and got to play guitar and I tell myself NEVER will I play guitar in church again unless there is really a need because I felt I brought down the standard of the performance BUT I know I am playing for God so there is really no need to fret much about today's performance. We went down to Pasir Ris for dinner and I was thinking about this theology book by one of the people I Respect the most!!! Professor Norman.L Geisler.

I remember De en sharing the book and its first few chapters on proving the existence of God and I really want to write about it in my blog if I have the time :)
Wow there are really a lot of things I want and Like to do!!!

Before I got my results I told the Lord, "Lord if you will and give me good results I will put more focus in bible teaching and theology amen". Recently I was quite slack and I feel that I must really fulfill what I told Him. I will start studying some of the books I borrowed from de en.

I have split it into 3 parts Bible,Systematic Theology and any other book I want. I started to watch videos of debates and about atheism and the existence of God. I find that the atheist is always trying to prove that there is no God, the is no necessity of a God or in extreme cases even if there is a God there is no need for Him.

There is a need in every one of us to equip ourselves in case there are opportunities whereby we have to preach or to share the gospel. But I feel very cold and tired recently I will pray for the rekindling and a revival to start my journey again after such a long rest.

Theology , Theo means God, logy is the way or the logic. I want to focus in the God part as philosophy theology can make a person arrogant and like Paul said in First Corinthians without love there is nothing.

I end this post now and pray that there will be a growth in me the next time I blog.

Wow its sunday again :)

There was a thuderstorm today!!! I could not get out of the house till 1.30 but I had a great chat with my dad, initially we were talking about my 5th uncle and that he really has a gambling addiction but his girl friend is a christian at FCBC church in the expo. My dad said it was great as he will really change after going to church. I was like Hallelujah thank you Lord, because my father knows that and that You change people :)

Was late as there was a traffic jam near riverlife so I had to walk all the way in and rush to do ushering. After church went for a song rehesal for this saturday. Then went to talk with stella till the sun set :) Had a nice long chat, after patrick's meeting was done he drove me to tampines mall. Then went to eat fish and Co alone lol

Recently I made a veggie shake and it was SUPER GROSS but I know uncle francis and aunt Jan will be SOOOO HAPPY because I am eating my veggies LOL :)

Wow I woke up super early today and wensday, I was quite nervous to receive my results and had nightmares but I was somehow ok as I knew I have given my best on to God and if He wishes He will be honoured through the results and here are my results everyone :)

I was shocked I didn't think I could get A for both the subjects as I thought I was quite weak in them, I now remember when you are weak the Lord is strong. The Lord uses the weak to protray His strong :)

I also have some ideas for the cell group meetings and goig to plan some goals for all of us to achieve :)

But recently though there are alot of good things there are also bad things , I recently sprain my back yet AGAIN!!! Very sianzzz everytime as I am going to reach a peak I get injured but I think it will be good for now as I can slow down and do more bible reading instead of playing so much outside.

Tomorrow I am going to cover a topic if possible and it will be called "Why people go to church", I want to help them see the difference and the 2 "categories" of people that go to church.

Wow this 2 weeks were a blast, I did many things

1 Cook abalone soup
2 Played basketball
3 Read lots of books
4 Watched some movies

I will post the abalone soup pics online soon lol, during the holidays as my parents were at Genting I found that there were 4 cans of abalone at home and no one eats it so I opened one up and cooked it with cambells soup. Also found lots of bird's nest at home so drank some lol.

I also started to play so basketball again, it really brings back lots of memories, I remembered I started playing basketball during 2007 then after playing for a few months I stopped as I felt that I have no talent for the game and gave up. Then these few weeks I started to play and found that I could do things I can't when I was younger in so I went to play basketball instead of running for cardio.

Went down to the gym today and uncle francis told me a story, he said that when he was young he really liked this girl so he wooed the girl and the girl made fun of him and rejected. So after their O levels, uncle helped the girl to find a job. Once they went out to dinner then the girl asked if they could go somewhere quiet, so uncle brought her to his brother's house then they just watched tv! Then they went to watch a movie and the girl asked why he never did anything, uncle was like ???? do what thing??? I was like LOL

After 6 months uncle suddenly received a wedding invitation card and it was the girl!!!! Then it suddenly dawn on me, the girl wanted to set uncle up and make him marry her as she was already pregnant, but uncle was a good man bahs lol. Then I believed God really protected uncle from the schemes of that girl LOL!!!

Went to fellowship today and found that I was appointed as a cell group leader and was feeling very contradicted because I feel happy and not happy at the same time. I have a lot of commitments recently I have.

3 CCA have to do some leadership roles
4 Bible leader
5 Cell group leader
6 My own quiet time
7 Sports
8 Working for the gym

I really don't know if I can handle so many things but I do pray that God will lead me and refine me using these events amen :)

Recent discouragement

Wow I didn't get to blog as my computers keep breaking down and its such a burden to me. During Monday I was quite discourage as I read on the paper "Singapore Edison chen", its about this guy who got his heart broken by 3 ex girl friends then he went crazy and screw around with women and takes pictures of their encounter. So I went down to his blog(May God forgive me) and read his posts about his early life, feelings.

And I found some things. I believe that guy is or was a Christian, as he asks why God cause so much pain in his life and why he got betrayed by his 3 girl friends. Then I started to understand and got into his mind, I could understand how he felt as so many women has let him down, so he wants to get revenge and to show how cheap women are!!!

For a moment I was almost convinced, I was so disappointed by the world, by man, by women who will gives themselves. I was becoming a cynic (a person who is discouraged by the world or certain elements) When I look at humans and even myself I see sin and corruption when I see God I feel so safe and peaceful.

I understand certain things which Jesus pointed out in Matthew

chapter 6
²²"The eye is the lamp of the body. If your eyes are good, your whole body will be full of light. ²³But if your eyes are bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If then the light within you is darkness, how great is that darkness!

The guy saw women and sexual sin as "natural" and "enjoys" it. Jesus said if your eyes are bad the whole body will be full of darkness, By that I believe eyes=mind and it is said the eyes are the window of the soul.

By the way the guy's name is gary, so this gary asks why God cause his relationship to be unsuccessful I believe these following verse will answer all.

When I read the blog I was so discouraged and my mind was messed up then I knew it was the devil's trick to make me lose faith and love for humans but I started to depend and look up to God now more than ever. But I do still have some side effects whenever I look at a good looking lady I don't just see beauty but I see corruption, I start to think "hey is this person different from all those women in that blog? Aren't they all the same?"

I need time for sanctification and consecration I will blog about more recent events :)

Camps

Wow it was an enjoyable camp during Friday, the topic was on spiritual gifts but I don't really feel I learned much as I can't really hear the video from John piper, I can only summarize that

1 Use your gifts with humility
2 Everyone should pray for the gifts of...e.g prophesy, serving...etc..

Then it was a nice movie session and had to leave in the morning. I went home and slept till 4 plus then chiong down to Orchard Cineleisure and was there waiting as I have a secondary school AVA club reunion and I was really blur cuz my seniors was just beside me then I was like LOL!!!

We went for dinner at the HK restaurant which the fellowship went during 2009 countdown hehe, Ordered lotsa stuff and feasted like never before :)

Went to watch street fighter chun li and it was ok to me but some of the seniors felt it sucked lol and for supper went to the a famous soya bean stall and have taohuay. Then went to take a cab home which my senior also, but I think we kena con cuz we were in the CBD area and it cost 3 dollars more!!!!! and only after a short walk the CBD area ends. shit man!!!

Today I had to wake up early to go for work, I could not sleep so was really tired. Woke up at 7:30am went to MacDonald to eat mcgriddles and had tea which was super bad. Reached the gym early so went to buy Kopi and extra caffeinated one.

Went and read and read the bible from page to page and time passed very fast!!! Dropped by the ITE to register for a O level maths thingy. I heard that it will be an easier admission to Polytechnics if I have an O level math cert. Then went to tampines to slack a bit.

Went back to my SECONDARY SCHOOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! There was a CCA camp and I met many of my seniors and got to eat pizza!!! Only seniors have it :) and got to meet my CUTE juniors :P
So unfair lor after I left the school was filled with new resources. Then we went to watch the movie at the school's theater, it was quarantine!! And it freaked out alot of senior girls and even the junior boys!!! There was a night walk and every junior was super afraid and scared cuz of the show and the seniors are messing their minds with ghost story there was a cute little boy who was so freaked out that his like crying hehe went to comfort and talk to him for a while.

Then went home early sob sob cuz I had to RUN and do my cardio. As I was walking out with my senior whom I respect alot , he told me something:"Elvis you have really grown up, not just physically but in your mind". I was really shocked and shared that I was really a jerk when I was younger haha. Then when I went home to think about it I really thank God because God can use a crazy and weird guy like me and change me!!!

Went for my jog then watched some tv shows and blogged a message about forgiveness :)

Forgiveness

A very good morning/afternoon/evening/night to all of you my sisters and brothers, friends and family, SHALOM!!! Today is such a blessed day to me and I will like to share a message and topic on "FORGIVENESS". It will be on how to forgive others or to ask for forgiveness from others and most importantly what attitude we should adopt when we OURSELVES ask for forgiveness from God almighty :)

First I will split this topic on 3 parts,
1 Forgiving people
2 Asking for forgiveness from people
3 Asking for forgiveness from God

But before I start the topic I will like to share the importance and the value of this message by reading to you Matthew 5:23-24

²³"Therefore if you are ^AF)">(AF)presenting your offering at the altar, and there remember that your brother has something against you,

²⁴leave your offering there before the altar and go; first be ^AG)">(AG)reconciled to your brother, and then come and present your offering.

We see the fact that God Himself wants us to BE RECONCILED before offering and worshiping Him. Also if you have hate or grudges in your heart it really affects your worship to God, so remember to settle everything first THEN present yourself to Him :)

OK! Lets begin

Situation 1] Forgiving Others

I notice one thing, no matter in whatever organization or place even if your the NICEST person on the planet there is BOUND to be people who don't like you or hate you for no apparent reason and these people sometimes will try to mess with you, spread bad rumors about you or whatever malicious threats to you. Or there is bound to be conflicts with others but in this case I will like to talk about the situation WHERE it is YOU WHO IS RIGHT and that someone has offended you.

I personally feel that in this position you can really feel how God feel. That is when people offend you and your in the "superior" position and your in the "right". I will like to share verses from Matthew 6:14-15

¹⁴"^S)">(S)For if you forgive others for their transgressions, your heavenly Father will also forgive you.

¹⁵"But ^T)">(T)if you do not forgive others, then your Father will not forgive your transgressions.

Forgive as the Father forgives you :) Also I think it will be a good test for you to check if you have the fruits of the Spirit.

ONE more thing!!! I have analyse the side of the "enemy" too , that is the person who offends you. in Psalms 32:10

¹⁰Many are the ^A)">(A)sorrows of the wicked,
But ^B)">(B)he who trusts in the LORD, lovingkindness shall surround him.

We can see that the "bad" guy always has a bad end BUT we should not be happy but pray for them and you will find that you'll be even more BLESSED!!! In my own experiance there was a time where I shared there was a crazy guy who keep prank calling me scolding me vulgarities and I just forgave and prayed in the end I head the guy had a tough time and job and was unhappy and depressed all the time. I know revenge is not mine but in the bible it says revenge is the Lord's, what I can do now is just to FORGIVE!!! Like how the Father forgives me and I am just blessed and embraced by the Father's love.

Situation2 and 3] Situation 2 and 3 is actually linked to each other! I was reading the bible one day and I found this weird passage in proverbs 6:2-5

²If you have been snared with the words of your mouth,
Have been caught with the words of your mouth,
³Do this then, my son, and deliver yourself;
Since you have come into the hand of your neighbor,
Go, humble yourself, and importune your neighbor.
⁴Give no ^A)">(A)sleep to your eyes,
Nor slumber to your eyelids;
⁵Deliver yourself like a gazelle from the hunter's hand
And like a ^B)">(B)bird from the hand of the fowler.

I noticed this passage and it was about if you promise someone something that you CANNOT deliver or can't do then use this method to DELIVER yourself. I noticed the key word is HUMBLE YOURSELF!!! I believe it can be used to seek forgiveness from others and from God.

The first step is to humble yourself and pray! , "Give no sleep to your eyes......" is more on "looks". There are often times where you KNOW if a person is confident or not by looking on his/her face. This verse tells us to humble ourselves mentally and PHYSICALLY!!!

Then go!!! GO!!! GO!! Deliver yourself, ask for forgiveness. I want you to notice something. In Psalms 30:5 it tells the nature of God :)

⁵For ^A)">(A)His anger is but for a moment,
His ^B)">(B)favor is for a lifetime;
Weeping may ^C)">(C)last for the night,
But a shout of joy comes in the morning.

Also this in Proverbs 16:7

⁷When a man's ways are pleasing to the LORD,
He ^A)">(A)makes even his enemies to be at peace with him.

AMEN hallelujah!!! WHO WANTS THAT!!!!

Even your enemies are at peace with you!!!

Meaningful week

This week was POWER PACKED!!!
I was able to learn a lot of things this week and it really taught me an extremely important lesson.

NEVER BE ARROGANT

I have always read from the bible verses that talk about not being cocky or arrogant but it didn't really TOUCH or IMPACTED me very much its just common sense to me. Verses like Proverbs 16:5( NOTE I am using NASB for now hehe just felt like using it)

⁵ Everyone who is proud in heart is an abomination to the LORD;
Assuredly, he will not be unpunished.

Amen to that and I DID NOT GO UNPUNISHED :)
BUT I AM GLAD AND HAPPY!!! Amen hallelujah

How was I punished??? Well if you remember my post last week I was very arrogant I believed that I have memorized the whole math book and there was nothing more to study so I went for my exam. EVERYTHING was smooth then came the last question, IT WAS TOUGH man!!!! I did the questions that were tough, I could choose 3 out of 5 question and I picked the toughest question to do due to my EGO!!!

My classmates all did the easier one, I heard I am the only few whom did the tough questions but after the exam I was so disappointed, I believe that my GPA will probably drop to very low but it will be a good lesson to me.

The main thing is I have learned a lesson that many people have trouble with. The main thing is this lesson will enable me to walk further and work for God better.

Pre exam day

Wow time passes I was preparing for this day ever since the start of 2009. The exam is JUST tomorrow but I really don't know what to study anymore I thank God for giving me wisdom and ability to remember my course books.

Anyways saturday I went to counseling but not the bad type of counseling but more of an encouragement and advice over my challenges. Also did some training in the gym and I went to Ivy's birthday party and it was CROWDED so many people I never know and they are so "secluded" lol, they are in their own "groups" and in packs. I sense that they were unable to step out to talk to others lol. Anyways we were too "young" for them bahs, the cheese cake however was GREAT :)

Took a cab with hy home as we live 2 bus stops away so gave her a lift. She shared about some admission thing , will pray for her. Then today I woke up cuz a classmate call me to ask me math question I was very fed up man!!!!! Its like you sleep then half way people call you ask math question. But its OK lah, cuz I can learn from teaching :)

Since I don't know what to study about then I will teach, if I find a question I don't know then I can go study it. After church I went to 18 chefs and saw the girls there so joined them for a while and went to tampines to walk around then went home......

Went to bank in money and to a gelato store near my house and talked to the boss as he is also a christian :) He have me a discount too :p

I found out that I am elected as the bible class leader, at first I was quite repulsive but then quite happy because I have been "complaining" to God that I don't know my gifts and how I should serve the church so I finally get the opportunity :)

Now I have to go pray bye bye, after Wednesday I will be a FREE MAN

Today woke up and prayed :)
I prayed that I can glorify God through my electrical installation mock exam, teacher said that if I can do well in the mock exam then confirm real exam can do well. So I really hoped to glorify Father and I really had the faith to do it :)

Hope is like a dream but Faith turns dreams to reality through Bro Jesus , but it must be something that glorifies His name or a need. Then went to take my mock exam, surprisingly I could do everything. Then I was the first one to go, went to toilet then one of the classmate sms me :"What is bonding and what can be used for earthing......"I was like lol, haiz anyway....bonding is to connect the exposed and extraneous parts to the main earthing terminal and its objective is to keep fault voltage between exposed and extraneous parts to the minimum "

Then went back to class teacher tell me to borrow marker, I thought I did something wrong but he told me to write down my answer to the whole class, I was like Hallelujah God. I got 99 and a 94 so the Average points is 96.5 which is I think an A.

So after that went to play basketball and bath. I watched a very intellectual and artistic movie call "Watchmen". Went to library borrow some books on philosophy and also body building stuff.

I was thinking about some things about morale and sense of right or wrong. I was thinking right or wrong lies in the perception of a person. To a killer to kill a person is "right", but to a normal person it is "wrong". When God created the universe how did He know what actions is "right or wrong", then a thought hit me. If the actions cause damage to His image then it is "wrong", if the action cause glorification to His image then it is "right".

Sometimes we humans have the wrong perception of how things work. To a generation maybe premarital sexuality is "wrong", to another it may be "right". But if you notice the cause and effect you know that it tarnishes and damages the "image" of God. Even though if that person is not a christian it is still "wrong". In Genesis 1:26 it says God created man in His own image.

Picture this, today your father borrow you his car then you crash it. The car is not even yours in the first place. So we have no right to say "right or "wrong"...etc because what we have don't belong to us in the first place but God blessed us with it.

Also one thing interest me :) That God is not in time or space but He transcends all things and everything. Picture this, we humans age, get old, our body are affected by time and space and so we will die someday but God is,was and forever will be ETERNAL :)

However we have something valuable, our souls :)
Then I was thinking something, since I am just a student now how do I glorify God? Then it came onto me....BY living my life for God's glory.

I wanna post something controversial soon, then the readers can think about it :)

God Comforts!!!

⁴who ^K)">(K)comforts us in all our affliction so that we will be able to comfort those who are in any affliction with the comfort with which we ourselves are comforted by God.

⁵For just ^L)">(L)as the sufferings of Christ are ours in abundance, so also our comfort is abundant through Christ.

Today as I waking up I went to pray that God will comfort me and heal me from my emotional , physical and spiritual hurt as I still kinda sad from giving up to woo that girl. Then I went to bath and took a bus to tampines , I wanted to study in the library. As I was on the bus and thinking about things a voice came into me:"Elvis I will give you a better one, I will give you the best!!!"......I was very shocked!!! But I just felt SO COMFORTED!!!Its like God listening to my prayer and answering me :)

Then I went to the library and STUDIED!!! I prayed that God will lead me to glorify Him and let my paths be righteous! Then a guy sat beside me I was thinking to myself:"This guy must be a poly guy hey later I should peek at what he is studying maybe he is doing maths". Then I finished studying and felt like going to the toilet so I turn to ask the poly guy to help me look out for my bahs then I saw BROTHER JOEL!!!!! He was there all along and I did not know it man!!!!! Its like my eyes were closed ......lolz

Then went to toilet and found a book call "God speaks" which was WHAT I NEEDED!!! Hallelujah God provides :) Then I felt that God brought brother Joel to me for a reason but I was not sure so we went to Yakun coffee shop and talked, he shared about some problems and about gifts. I just felt he had a gift of counseling so I told him about it and also Joel shared that he keep coming across homosexual people then I felt lead to tell him:"Hey maybe the Lord put you there for a reason , God wants you to counsel these people to bring His lost sheep back and also you have a powerful testimony Joel, I'm sure God is able to use it" :)

Then went to another coffee shop at Century square to continue our chat. Joel said that he is trying to lead this fallen brother back as this fallen brother is a homosexual but no matter how Joel tries there is no use. So again I felt saying this:"No no no Joel you did things the wrong order, in the bible (1 Corinthians 3:6-7)

⁶^L)">(L)I planted, ^M)">(M)Apollos watered, but ^N)">(N)God was causing the growth.

⁷So then neither the one who plants nor the one who waters is anything, but God who causes the growth.

....So you are putting the cart before the horse, The Holy Spirit causes the change and brings the person back :) ...." then prayed for the fallen brother. We also talked about many things about ITE and stuff.

One of Joel's questions really interest me Joel said that denominations are the work of man. Suddenly felt it was not right so I shared that ALL the denominations are a body part of Christ, Some people like the "heart", some people like the "eyes" etc...but they need to be lead to the right one and I believe God knows which denomination "suits" the person.

Then also denominations are not the work for many...if you read the bible in Acts 5

Gamaliel's Counsel

So if denominations are the work of man I believe God would have already DESTROYED those that oppose to Him and only spare those denominations that are "right". I believe that denominations are the work of God by using man :)

Then had a very good fellowship and went home and I was thanking God.
Recently I prayed for knowing my gifts so I can serve Him and also the right word to speak at the right time which I feel is happening :)

Monday monday monday!!!

Today woke up and prayed for myself to be healed , emotionally and for her salvation, I really felt comforted again and again after reading the word of God and praying. It's like a sense of peace in my heart and it gives me power to focus in the right path.

Anyways woke up and went to train in the gym, then went home bath and met uncle Francis to train this sister of Christ from FCBC at this gym in redhill. I saw her then I just felt like encouraging her as she looks super stress from church work which is the G12 thingy from FCBC if you have heard of it before you will know how stressful it is. I wanted to tell her that God knows the effort and things you have put in Him, He will comfort you and bless you :)
But I didn't have the chance to tell so just talk to her and she kept laughing lolzzz maybe my jokes are lame :P

Then after the training went to Arab street to eat dinner with uncle francis and aunt jan :)
They intro me to Indonesian food and it tasted YUMMY!!!!!! then went to drink the famous teh tarik it it tasted GREAT!!! Praise God the food was good.

I also shared with uncle recently as I keep reading the bible i KEEP coming across the word "Anointing" and "Consecrated". I don't understand a thing about it then went to consult uncle about it and he said its a serious word in fact both are very serious words, maybe I have a hidden sin or God is going to set me apart????

Well I will pray about it, everyday I am growing in Him. Even though I don't hang out with the sisters and brothers of Macedonia much nowadays but I pray that everyone of you sisters and brothers will be blesses and set apart to glorify God :)

I also will be doing a lot of exploring nowadays to prepare myself to serve but most importantly I want to live my life to glorify God. If today I were to go out to preach or share the gospel BUT I don't have the life or the evidence to support the thing I am preaching then I will "seem" like a hypocrite to the non believers.

First step love and desire Him, Second step live your lives holy and righteous to Honor God, Third step spread the Love :)

I believe that nowadays nobody reads my blog as I don't get much response or support except from bro gee yean and xena :) so I will reveal more stuff as there is no one reading mah :)

Well recently I liked this girl but she is not a believer, then I really felt like bringing her the Christ BUT I felt wow this really makes me a jerk, its like I am bringing her to Christ so I can marry her not because I want to show how much God loves her. So I gave up on the idea and prayed for her, and I wanna live my life for God and maybe someday bring her to a church which God wants be to stay in :)

"Father I pray that Lord you can bring her to a man that really loves YOU and can show her how much You love her and that Lord they may serve You as a family of God, who constantly supports the church and shows the world Your love. Father I ask that You may bring her more people who are Christians and let them show her WHO is JESUS!!

And Lord I ask that You put in her the idea and wisdom of why she is in this planet and what her ultimate goal in life is, and let her know that You ARE GOD!!! Father comfort her when she is sad and bless her when she is happy, when she is sick Father heal her, when she is weak make her strong Lord and Father let her thirst after Your word and protect her from demons who will try to brain wash her, and Lord send angels to protect her so she can receive the seed of the gospel.

Father I ask in the name of Brother Jesus let her be saved truely.....AMEN!!!"

Well today I will be expanding a devotion which bro Gee yean(I did not spell your name wrongly :p ) gave last week. Xena asked me a question:" So how do I actually love the Lord , physically, mentally and spiritually.

Ok here is the verse again

Matthew 22:37-38

³⁷And He said to him, " '^AC)">(AC)YOU SHALL LOVE THE LORD YOUR GOD WITH ALL YOUR HEART, AND WITH ALL YOUR SOUL, AND WITH ALL YOUR MIND.'

³⁸"This is the great and foremost commandment.

After Xena asked me I just answered:"With a heart that desires God, because if you love and desire Him, He will cause the change in you." But that was not specific enough so I went to pray about it.

Then today morning as I woke up I went to the toilet then it was suddenly revealed on to me.

1 Physically To love the Lord physically is to love Jesus whom is God taking on flesh to bring us back to His kingdom, and also to love His creations,

in psalms 83

When I ^E)">(E)consider ^F)">(F)Your heavens, the work of Your fingers,
The ^G)">(G)moon and the stars, which You have ordained;
⁴^H)">(H)What is man that You take thought of him,
And the son of man that You care for him?

When we look at God's creations we are awed, and if you are a person doing art or an artist you will know that a painting or a piece of an art is actually a "representation" or a part of the artist. In so we know that God is INDEED BEAUTIFUL!!!

2) Mentally: To love God mentally is to have only Him on your mind and to abolish all "idols" from your mind. Idols may be anything from your favorite movie stars to the girl you like. And in the 10 commandments from Exodus 20

The Ten Commandments

You know how serious it is to only serve Him and worship Him. Also to fill your mind with His wisdom, to know and learn about the bible, the word of God and to use it for His glory.(my cousin pointed it out to me :) )

3 Spiritually: To Love God spiritually is indeed a deep one for me, I believe it is to do His will and to bring the people whom are in the darkness back into the light. And to LISTEN to the Holy Spirit....

Sometimes in our traditional church we tend to less focus on the Holy spirit, you notice that traditional church are very careful when they talk about the Holy spirit because they don't want to associate with the charismatic churches. But I find it to be ............

I want to be lead by the Holy spirit to do His will and bring others back to Him amen...

Well today was more a day of discovering the dark side of people and things. Woke up at 10 read the newspapers prayed for being able to portray the image of Christ in my life and also to build a strong temple, the temple of God, by going to the gym and working out with uncle Francis.

In 1 Corinthians 3:16
¹⁶Don't you know that you yourselves are God's temple and that God's Spirit lives in you? ¹⁷If anyone destroys God's temple, God will destroy him; for God's temple is sacred, and you are that temple.

So I wanna be able to do the work of God in a healthy body and just enjoy His love and blessings :)

Anyways.
Reached the gym ate breakfast and prayed for the gym as there was some incidents which I am not gonna elaborate in the blog. Then asked the Lord to bless uncle and his colleagues. Went on to train and I trained for 2 sessions.

Then uncle francis introduced me to a malay barber, initially I don't trust malay barbers but went ahead and prayed for the barber to have skill to help me cut hair hehe.

Then had tea with uncle and we just talked about God and I was able to behold His miracles and beauty again :) I really enjoy hanging out with people that devote themselves to the Lord, its always so encouraging. Then talked about problems church workers face , I learn also of the dark side of things. Sometimes people just back stab people. Its also sad to say that even churches also face this problem. I believe that when you see a person more talented than you, PRAY and BLESS them.

Collected my new glasses and went to meet Henry but I felt very cold leh maybe its due to the weather and also that they are super tired or playing dota. Went in and just prayed for them that God will give us good fellowship and sang some hymns on the guitar but kept the volume down.......played basketball and accidentally injured hy and yy sooooo sorrrrryyyyy sisters......

And it RAINED suddenly went back and took cab home with the sisters. Just felt like nothing to talk about leh hehe very tired too. Now I am thinking of how to be used by God to glorify Him.....hmmz

Happenings

Monday just went to have lunch with uncle francis at Ashton, had double up chicken :P yummy.
Then I prayed for something cuz I found out that my PE teacher was not very happy with my attendance so I prayed for forgiveness and that he may find favor in me like what the pharaoh did with Joseph in the book of Exodus.

Then during Tuesday I read Psalms in the bus on the way to the stadium, I just said Lord let your will be done! Then AMAZINGLY my PE teacher was very good to me on that day but were still not happy with some of the other students.

I also went for my Math mock exam, I really prayed very hard cuz I did not study, as Friday,Saturday and Sunday I was praying and visiting my sick relative. Then went for my math test some of the questions I was not very sure but I just did it anyway.

Then went home and I got EVEN MORE DEVOTIONS :) just feel so filled with the Spirit and so many things to share about.

Today (WEDNESDAY) went to my CCA meeting which was very smooth then went to class found that I got 90/100 for my Math mock exam. And I found out that I Top my class in math, suddenly felt soooo OVERWHELMED by the love and blessings of the Father, I had to go out of the class to thank Him and catch my breath as I know that I by myself would not have been able to do it.

Then went for my next class and the teacher said I got a distinction for my Electrical test, again I felt so blessed......then I remember the psalms

Psalm 147:11 (New International Version)

¹¹ the LORD delights in those who fear him,
who put their hope in his unfailing love.

After that day of visiting COOS , I went to think about a lot of things and how to improve my spiritual life to bond and most importantly love God more. I did not know how I was going to do it but I know one thing, I LOVE THE LORD.

Then it came into me, wisdom that I did not have before(I found out that I could memorize parts of books and pierce into the most important key points)and I felt the love that is in Him. And I can say that all these are linked together, if God may then this saturday I may want to share about this in fellowship but I am not sure yet.

When you desire God more and hunger for His righteousness then you will be filled.

In Matthew 5

⁴Blessed are those who mourn,
for they will be comforted.
⁵Blessed are the meek,
for they will inherit the earth.
⁶Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness,
for they will be filled.

DL Moody said something that I agree on...The world has yet to see what God will do with and for and through and in and by the man who is fully consecrated to Him.

Devotions

OK now I will begin to write some lessons and devotions I have learned along the way.

Lesson 1

On saturday after the Coos event I went to katong with bro Gheehien and his youths and ate katong laksa. I was wondering how come they(the youths) can grow at such a fast rate and having the love and wisdom in the Lord. I noticed that Gheehien will question them about certain subjects or give them a bible verse to meditate about then I remembered. Psalms1

I remembered Psalms 27 which David wrote.....I remembered this verse
⁴ One thing I have desired of the LORD,

Then one of the sisters answered :"Love!!!"

I remembered 1 John 4:16..."God is love"... I agreed with the sister...but Gheehien said it was not specific then he said :"matthew 22:37 “ ‘You shall love the LORD your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind.""

So when we say what is the beauty of the Lord? This commandment actually answers the question......The is HEART,SOUL,MIND.....it means there is a Physical beauty, Spiritual beauty and Mental/Emotional beauty of the LORD :)

From that day onwards I knew how to admire the Lord :) to admire Him , in that 3 categories!

LESSON 2

I believe that a few months ago I wrote on my blog that I could not FEEL the Lord. Logically speaking after reading the bible and experiences I KNOW that the Lord loves me and have always been with me but how come I just DON'T FEEL it.......

After sometime I heard a voice telling me "Elvis, sometimes emotions lie to you, logic is always there"......I was SHOCKED!!! I remember reading a book by a great christian debater who constantly proves God and debates with muslim or other religious scholars....anyways in his book he said "God is a God of LOGIC "

OF COURSE I agree that God is also a God of emotions. I believe that God gave us emotions to AMPLIFY something that is meaningful....like salvation, getting married, sexual experiences to your spouse that God gave you, preaching to people....etc

But what I am trying to say is sometimes emotions on us people who live in a world of sin,
EMOTION+sinful world=Being led to more sin.... Sometimes the devil uses emotions to attack us to make us sin. cuz of our sinful nature as we live in this world, sometimes our emotions lie to make us do things that are dishonorable to God.

So don't always trust in your emotions, TRUST IN God!!!
Don't focus on feeling "sad", "lonely"....etc because Jesus is always with you....

I was in the bus today (23/2/2009) and reading the bible 3 psalms really touches me

Psalms 103

⁸ The LORD is merciful and gracious,
Slow to anger, and abounding in mercy.
⁹ He will not always strive with us,
Nor will He keep His anger forever.
¹⁰ He has not dealt with us according to our sins,
Nor punished us according to our iniquities.

¹¹ For as the heavens are high above the earth,
So great is His mercy toward those who fear Him;
¹² As far as the east is from the west,
So far has He removed our transgressions from us.
¹³ As a father pities his children,
So the LORD pities those who fear Him.
¹⁴ For He knows our frame;
He remembers that we are dust.

Sisters and brothers who are "feeling" sad and lonely....here is a psalms of encouragement...REJOICE!!! For He is always with you and Loves everyone of us!!!

From then on I understand between emotions and logic and how to balance both of them. Although sometimes emotions lie to me making me feel nothing of God but LOGICALLY God is always THERE WITH ME!!!

LESSON 3

Did you know that if you are really a man/woman of God He will send angels to watch over you :)

In my life experience I noticed that during certain times when I am very connected with the Lord I feel really protected by Him and by the angels He send. I can give soo many examples, there was once I was walking then suddenly I tripped and was about to sprain my ankle and fall face flat to the ground suddenly I felt a strong force pulling me back(if you know my weight haha you will know that not many people can pull me)and I was suddenly safe!!!

In psalms 91

¹¹ For He shall give His angels charge over you,
To keep you in all your ways.
¹² In their hands they shall bear you up,
Lest you dash your foot against a stone.

When I read this psalms I was like HALLELUJAH PRAISE THE LORD!!!
DEJAVU man!!!!!! they shall bear you up ....lest you dash your foot against a stone!!!

But I am not putting emphasis in angels like the catholics do but what I am saying is if you are a man/woman of God, He will not only personally protect you, He will send a legion of angel to protect you.

Psalms 34

⁶ This poor man cried out, and the LORD heard him,
And saved him out of all his troubles.
⁷ The angel^a]">[a] of the LORD encamps all around those who fear Him,
And delivers them.

⁸ Oh, taste and see that the LORD is good;
Blessed is the man who trusts in Him!

There is no want to those who fear Him.

And this is the story of how the Lord protect me from falling down and from the demonics. I feel so safe in Him and so blessed...hallelujah.

New devotions tomorow!!!

I feel that when a christian or anyone wants to do a devotion or share about something that person must put in responsibility to be righteous and connect with the Lord before sharing. So these few days I have been praying and getting ready to do some devotions on my blog tomorrow, I will compile somethings I learned or seen along the way :)

Went to visit my relative today (Aunt's hubby) who got very sick. So in the morning went to Riverlife as they start early and then rushed to woodlands to pray and just chat with my aunt who is a very devout Buddhist, haha had an endless debate I thank God I was able to answer all the questions and was winning but aunt kept using circular argument, suddenly a voice came into me , Don't answer a fool according to his folly....proverbs..... And I remembered something, today its not up to me to argue or convince but the Love of the Holy Spirit that does the work of salvation.

So I just stopped the debate and prayed for the family that the Lord will bless them and touch their hearts. After some nice bonding which I love as I am a family man, went home and watch tv with dad as his friend was on a episode of Wong Lileen's show.

Then saw a ghost film and just laughed hahahahahaha cuz we Christians don't believe in ghost but we do believe in demonic attacks. Then I was like a bit .........so went to pray and chat in msn with Jacob about some funny word lol.

Well I pray that tomorrow will be another blessed day :)

Today was such a packed day for me, went to gym to meet uncle francis and trained very hard........He really pushed me to the max arh haha.

Then ivy last minute say want me to be a guitarist so I just brought my guitar along lor. Then reach church....had to take cab cuz I was afraid I could not reach in time....in the end I did not play very well or sing very well.....feel like I did not do well for God....haiz :(

Rushed to Queenstown in 37 minutes like elder song jiang said wahhhhhh that guy is really ......lol elder songjiang told me to listen to mp3 cuz the trip is long when I said I had no mp3 he said go look at the beautiful girls lah....lollllll then I was like "where got , I am not this type of person lor"....cuz girls come to me I don't go to them LOL nah....BUT I went to the mrt and sat down and there was really a gorgeous girl sitting beside me...wow really feel great and energetic went to read a book on the bible and wrote out some of the bible's book, she seem impressed but nah...I want to abstain myself from women...till the Lord leads.

SOOOOO I finally reached and went to find Gheehien and finally met him after like 2 mths wahahahaha. Went in to the service and just felt soo anointed , I really enjoyed the whole worship and the youths really shocked and impressed me.....I used to think that charismatic people are those who always speak in tongues and devotional but no knowledge in the bible but COOS YOUTHS KNOW THE WORD!!! HALLELUJAH GOD BLESS THEM :)

I saw many people getting SAVED Hallelujah Jesus, this is the type of church environment I want to serve in....amen, when I compare back to the situation of our church I really feel we can do so many more things to improve our church but that will never happen only a part of it will be able to be fuilfilled because of the denomination factor.

Then the guest pastor said something funny "I have been preaching to many churches but there are only 2 denominations that I have not preach in....Bible Presbyterian and Lutheran ..l..the Gheehien was LAUGHING out super loud then everyone was like looking LOL!!!

After the whole service went to katong ate laksa and to this restaurant call cheese cake restaurant had super good cheese cake.....then went home now gonna do devotional praying.

MONDAY

Monday God blessed me again and I scored another 100 for my tutorial, then went to meet uncle Francis(not my classmate) for lunch and to pay my fees :P hahaha I took up body building again. I think I overdressed, wore my black long sleeves shirt with jeans and formal shoes, cuz normally when he say go to town for lunch, he will wear formal. Anyways when I went to the Mrt someone call me and I found that it was uncle Francis.

We talked about stocks and about christian living etc. Went to eat sushi I think he got a friend working that outlet. Anyways I shocked everyone with my appetite, I heard from xiangzhou that he and teresa each ate 49 plates so I did the challenge too, I ate 11 plates but almost all the plates got 4 sushi that is double. Haha go do your math, I think I did quite will in the sushi challenge.And the best part about it was....cuz uncle's friend was working there so we got free sushi wahahahahaha and discounts stuff.

Tuesday

Went to PE, the teacher was not happy with me as I skip few lessons lol.......Went to class and played songs to Serena my teacher, played "Fall for you", "Romance de amore" and "Vincent". I was thinking if they heard Vincent before, both said they heard this song even before I was born lol. My programming teacher also sung some christian hymns with me...."Hosanna Hosanna Hosanna in the Highest, Raise up your hands and praise Jesus"....lol feel like leading worship again hehehe.

Then went to choir....really stress leh I am the only guy in the bass part and my tune is completely different, and had to sing saturday. wahhhhh looks like I am the underdog. But as I know in the bible, God always saves the underdog.

Wednesday is today

I got a confession, I wanted to cheat in my test but my teacher was sitting in front of me lol hahahaha, I think God wanted to show His power to me so that I don't cheat so I was placed in a sitting arrangement that was in front of the teacher.

I could understand and answer all the question shocked myself even hehehe.

Went home to surf net and study for my final 2 books .

12 was a Thursday, went to school and prepared for my PL C test on Friday, kinda slack and met Joel for some counseling as he had some problems.I also received a revelation I quite look forward to Saturday :P

13 was a Friday,went to school and was shocked by teenagers nowadays they spoke a vulga word every 10 seconds, did my test but I drew a wrong circuit....haiz and I sinned against the LORD, I felt like a failure, went to gym to work but lost my mechanical pencil cap!!!!......but read the book and felt encouraged.....prayed for forgiveness. Very disappointing day for me.Pastor went to visit my uncle and prayed that Sunday he will be able to attend church, oh ya after pastor left he forgot where he parked his car again LOL HAHAHA

14 was a Saturday , saw every guy in the bus was dressed very well and had a grin on their face :P went to church to perform for the girls and in turned out very well....thank God.

TODAY is a Sunday, went to church with uncle and cousin Michelle, I kinda prayed that uncle may ENJOY and be BLESSED by going to church. God listened to the prayers and uncle was able to attend church :)
And today's sermon by pastor David, the same verse I used when sharing a devotion. Kinda shocked by God recently as I felt a strong connection and how He remind me things from time to time.

When we left we went to drink bubble tea hehehe, then took 21. THEN IT HAPPENED. I saw a girl, a beautiful girl to me, it is the type of girl I want to marry, when I saw her I did not lust, I saw a bright future for us and how God can allow the both of us to serve Him, she went up on the bus and smiled at me...... I saw a book on her arms primary 5 maths then I knew straight away that she is a tuition teacher, prob in JC or Poly. I really regretted not asking her phone number.

Cousin Michelle was like ....................... she said I should have told her so hahahaha. went to pick up some clothes for her as Michelle need to attend a wedding.
I went to watch a movie by Andy lau and the guy beside me was like CRYING with his gF.....I was like LOL HAHAHAHAH but had to hide my expression.

Went home and felt like I have failed God in my studies and life example.....I wanna strive for perfection not just good but perfection!!!

Embarrassing day

WOAH!!! Today was crazyyyyyyy, I had to wake up 1 hour earlier cuz have to help out some CCA stuff. So went to school and did a lot of cleaning, Then went for maths lesson, I could have swore I placed my calculator on the table and pressed on it a few times , I remembered I entered 5^2+2^2=29. Then suddenly during the middle of my math class I couldn't find my calculator!!! I was super pissed off cuz I thought someone had taken my calculator, went to call my mum if she saw my calculator at home just to be safe, when my mum said no I said :"Don't know which jerk took it".

I went around looking but it was pointless, when the lesson was ending my mum called and say is it the black calculator that has my surname on it.....I was like wahhhhhhhh!!! yep...looks like I am the jerk who took it lol......I think what I have experianced was "perceived/imagined reality", I thought it was real and it was so real but it is not real :p

Then I also found out that all along when I thought I zipped my pants infact I forgot!!!!! SOOO embarassed!!!!!!!!!!!!

lol went for my Electrical installation theory class, again I believe , from the blessing of the Lord I got a 100 again for the 3 rd time. I find that the book of proverbs is true, when one is close and obeys the Lord, everything is smooth even your enemies are at peace with you. I was in the lift and there was this HUGE dog which my neighbour had which I was super afraid due to its size and its temper....but when it saw me it was super happy and licked,smelt my hand. Even the animals are gentle to me :)

God indeed I am experiancing Your blessings.....may You bless those around me and also continue to bring blessings to thouse whom obey and love You , in Jesus name amen hallejujah

"Today I experienced another demonic attack, was sleeping then suddenly sunk into deep sleep and darkness, in my dream I was running don't know from what or to where, and I was in a condo, I dream of people telling me that even they themselves don't dare to go in that condo. There were alot of pentagrams and hexagrams in the condo and it was very dark and I wanted to get out of the dream but can't. I suddenly stopped and just said "If I am weak then the Lord will be strong through me, In the name of Jesus be gone....I suddenly woke up"...... what a weird dream

Went on to school and there was a tutorial, it was a breeze as usual thanks to GOD, got full marks of 100 but nowadays I just don't have that hunger anymore, I no longer hunger to get like A all the time but my hunger diverted to the Lord.

Went home did my bible study and slept peacefully......during the night went to a Getai which my dad and his friends organized, alot of big shots bahs MPs and gang boss..... my parents were like suddenly turn into celebrities every one knew them due to my dad's super large contact circle, I have to go and say hi to every uncle and aunty....sooooooo sianzzzzzzzzz

Then during the event I was eating and studying but talked with this friend of my dad haha. Saw mingzhu jie mei , they even said hi to me ..... my dad knew their husbands so we are kinda all linked.....now at home but a bit worried about my Programming test tomorow :P

Every man's battle

I got a great book but did not have a chance to "savor" it till Tuesday, read a bit here and there but it was just so good in relating all the challenges we guys have to go through regarding love,temptations and sins of lust. I always thought I knew a lot but that book really humbled me and opened up my world. Some of it was on that I thought marriage will wipe up certain sins but it does not.

While I was reading about temptation and how even our eyes and what we view may be sinful, I was on the bus then suddenly a group of very attractive canoeing girls came up the bus, then I was thinking ohhh shit!!! Is God trying to tell me something, in the whole trip I did not even got to look at them even once. I was just clenching on to my bible and book and reading, its kinda awkward but I hope that I can really overcome all these childish stuff lol and to rise above to communicate to God face to face.

Its time to put my old behaviors to past and start to study diligently , to do well in all aspects of my life to portray the beauty of our Lord Jesus :)

LOL last week's math test was a breeze, thanks GOD :)

So after the test we were allowed to go, it was super early as normally we were released at around 4 but that day we were released at 1.30pm. So me and a group of my friends went to Toys R US. and did something stupid :p went to the baby zone and took the baby chair and put sponge bob in it and dress up the whole chair :P

It turned out very well and artistic thanks to the mind of our designer Chris!!!

Some secondary girls giggled when they saw us and I was like lol.....ya lah laugh its suppose to be funny.

After that episode, went to MacDonalds and ate ice cream, Sam however was super "kiasu" lol hahaha he took a whole stack of tissue paper from the macdonalds serviette box, you know how thick it is? it was FIVE INCHES THICK man !!!!!! LOL I also took some lah :p

Now its an economic crisis we need to save up :P

Gym and new blogskin

Wahhahaha I finally have a new blogskin, thanks to chris for the editing of html codes woohoo.

Went to work at the gym today and came up with a new method of training, I will try and see if it works :)

Well this week is super fast, and time is passing by super fast and I have sooooo many things that I hope to blog about, and also some devotions. The reason I don't do as much devotions now is because I am not as sanctified as I was previously, somehow in my journey I was angry and begin to backslide. And if I do devotions it makes me even more a hypocrite , its like a smoker telling people not to smoke.

So I just do more bible reading and praying nowadays.

Hehehe there are really so many funny things to blog about nowadays :)

I was at the gym today working, I was thinking about past few weeks then suddenly think WOW i AM SUCH A JERK recently, I started to be frustrated and do super stupid stuff. Then as I was reading some books I found myself having all the symptoms in the book.

Frustrated at people and stuff.....I MUST use this chance, as I believe GOD is showing me my weakness and refining me like gold......In physics Gold once tinted with impurities become hard and inflexible like a person who sins till he become stuck not able to listen to the Lord, But pure Gold is flexible and soft like a man of God always ready to listen and change.

As I was reading I really gained more valuable insights, haha anyways I also did some training today a person said I lost weight, wah so sweet sounding to my ears but infact I gained!!!!!!! MUSCLE :P

My statistic now is.

Overallweight: 89.7
Musclemass: 68.6kgs(gained 1kg of muscle)
Fat:19.3 (gained 0.1kgs)
Bone: 3.7kgs

I am almost my old weight liao , but I dont really look super super chubby and fatty. My goal is to reduce my weight to 70-75 leh , means I have to lose alot of fat, which is no prob as my family got great sports genes.

I also met my sister for Fish and Co, Hagendiaz, the banana split was good :)

Chinese new year was FUN!!!! Had unlimited supply of Abalone,Duck,Meat and bah kWA!!!and hey did I say meat? LOL.....

The eve which was sunday, I was quite bored so went to xz house drink some coke but they suggested vodka so drink lor but there was only ONE can of coke so the girls took it.....ended up have to drink pure vodka with soda water....I just could not take it, I just...cant :p

So in the end we played a game lose drink and xz ended up drinking everything.....lol wah

Went home ate reunion dinner and went to watch movie with sister. The next day was CNY first day and went to visit dad's side which was super convenient cuz only 2 stories below me hahahaha. Bonded with my cuzzies and went to play basketball till around 4.

Reached mum's side at buangkok, WOW I really haven't seem them for 4-5 mths liao and really LOVED that family bonding feeling of course the angpows amplifies that feeling even more HAHAHAHA.

Supposed to watch a movie with all the cuzzies but some pang seh cuz they play mahjong till hooked so cant snap out of the "gambling" mode.Watched bride wars with my two cuzzies, the "big angpow", and colleen lol ......just kidding it was actually really a nice red dress cass. Cass was like hyper maybe because due to her rebena over dosage....kids normally get hyper from sugar overdose. After the movie we all took a cab together and alighted....I am so nostalgic to cass's condo really love the design and how convenient it is as it is in the middle of everywhere.

2ND day of CNY was rather boring as there was nothing I could really do except play guitar......and there was something super funny, my mum woke me up SUPER early while I was sleeping to call me to play erhu I was super sianzzzz.

3RD day was fun, Colleen house got great food :p

4th day went to meet my godma , my godgranny was senile and heres the funny thing, she kept asking me to eat and if my dad was the son of ah chiang(my grandad's name) in the past my godgranny had a coffeeshop and they all knew each other......
Overall she kept asking if I ate and give me LOTSA LOTSA FOOD....I ATE 3 big slice of cheese cake, 12 pineapple tarts, 10Eggrolls, 3 cans of coke, 1 bottle of beer, 1plate of nut....My mum kept laughing ......wahahahahahahahahhaha funny arh...at the expense of my tummy lol.

Then my maths teacher also gave me ang pow hahaha.

wah I really love CNY.

Things I did before Chinese new year :P

This was what I did when I was bored working in uncle's francis gym. I was thinking about a friend in civil engineering and what these engineers do is to put the architect's design into real buildings. I bought a pack of kinder bueono chocolates and decided to build a 2 piece foundation and 3 piece building hehehehe. I found that the foundation really does help to stabilize the 3 piece structure and I can even stack up. lolz

This is the claypot rice and soup I had before I met my civil engineer friend from Singapore Polytechnic. Had a great meal hehe and good to know that Jesse is recovering pretty quick :)

This was KEROPOK day, I was to sell keropok for my CCA sold to my teacher and classmates with my eloquence LOL blessed bahs. Then the WHOLE class was eating keropok hehe. Even my ah beng maths teacher Xp

This was when I was training so stacked up on HL milk and eggs, I had an inspiration and made a simple bread dish, I put eggs on top of the wholemeal bread and put in the oven for 5 minutes and it was very well done :)

LESSONS

I haven't been blogging for a while, and I will like to learn what I have learn this week. This week is indeed full of experiences for me and it made my faith stronger.

There is a plan within GOD's plan
First, I noticed that there is always a plan within GOD's plan, a good example will be in Genesis chapter 12, The Lord told Abraham in verse 3, "........And all peoples on earth will be blessed through you" The chapter was about GOD's plan to bless Abraham and his people but within that plan we can see that there is another plan!!!! That is to save the gentiles(peoples on earth) and we can see the foretelling of the coming of Jesus Christ our Lord and savior.

I found many times the Lord may plan something for you but at the end of the day another plan suddenly pops out or He uses you to confirm other people. I give you a good example, a couple of days ago I was thinking and praying about signing on to the navy as I don't think my family can afford University education for me. I shared this plan with my fellowship leader brother Henry, and he also seem interested and was very keen to sign on to the navy with me.

But after much praying and meditating, Brother Henry did not wanted to go on with the plan. He shared that after praying he found that you need to apply for poly and get a "singpass"and the process was very complicated and un smooth, and said that it is not the Lord's plan for him to go navy. I was very thrilled to hear that and shared with him that NOW YOU ARE SURE!!! Because the Lord has used this experiance to CONFIRM with you that He wants you to be in Junior College :)

For me it was another case, a shocking one.....I was praying about this prestigious university for engineering call university of Newcastle. After much praying and thinking I logged on to my email and MINDEF (Singapore website for navy,airforce,saf) sent me an email.....INTRODUCING UNIVERSITY OF NEWCASTLE.....ENGINEERING COURSES"

I WAS SHOCKED!!!!!!! It is not a coincidence, and it was around these times that I was praying and thinking about my future.......I thank GOD for the sign, but I am not too sure will wait out for more confirmation.

Self humiliating time

Today is the day I humiliate myself LOL. Overslept and went to school late but manage to learn my stuff and got it down. And went to Tampines mall and saw someone that look like lixue, I look at her she look at me then I KNEW hey thats lixue lol!!!

Wanted to have lunch with henry but he was not free so went out with stanley my ITE friend and talked about Poly and stuff. After that went to meet my Secondary friend riduan, also talked about poly and school stuff and all the stupid things I did when I was young lol hahahahaha.

Overall it was a blessed day!

Today was very blessed, uncle wanted to go church and he drove me and cousin to church. The sermon was enlightening, it was about making choices. Sometimes we may desire change and to move on and make choices and it may not be a blessing but a disaster. I feel it APPLIES to me, it is like GOD telling me not to move on to another church until He give me the sign. I thank GOD for using today's sermon to speak to me phewwwww cuz recently I thought about uncle yongching's advice and really think I should apply it. Uncle Yongching knows that I am not the type of person that just leave without giving notice so he told me that it is best that I do my job well in the YF and if I were to leave wait for another 2-3 years.

I think it is a good and logical advice because even Jesus did not just straight away go out to preach to people but HE waited until He was 30 years old then He started :)

Then went to simei with cousin to get bible for uncle and myself. She sponsored me a bilingual bible which I wanted so I can preach and share to both Chinese and english speaking people . In the end she went swimming I went home.

Very tired and exhausted! I felt I wasted my time in nitec, I did not know about GPA so I just slacked for the first semester, after than even though I did very well I also did not have a chance go go POLY. Thats why now in higher nitec I always force myself to study. Don't wanna waste more time.

Today is the longest day I have experienced ever since secondary school, although I slept for 8 hours I still felt tired. And had to help out CCA for the THIRD time!!!!! I had to sell KEROPOK (crackers) and after everything had to sort out and keep 500 dollars worth of keropok which is like a MOUNTAIN.

Then went to century square to watch OngBak2 with tony and suddenly my cousin and pastor George called me to say that they will visit my uncle and aunt today(They just live 2 stories below me) And I was to accompany pastor, which was no prob, prayed and after the movie went home and did some math in uncle's house. Pastor came and we all chatted, it went very well talked about EVERYTHING under the sun, GOD have pastor alot of life experiences so he shared about anything from GOD to oysters lol.

Cousin came home and after the whole visit went to look for pastors car, HE FORGOT WHERE HE PARKED HIS CAR!!! lol Thank GOD we found it and I just said goodbye to pastor and we had a nice chat. Went back to do more math and talked about TPJC and calculus.

Gonna get some Junior College books pretty soon, and during my holidays I can do some calculus :)

Today was a blessing again, I prayed for understanding and in my lessons I obtained it from the Lord. In wiring class I manage to wire up everything but did have some help from classmates but was slowed down.

Then I was AGAIN required to work for my CCA, today was CLEANING a special class room which MOE people are coming, I just found out that I have earned the MAXIMUM in CCA points are it is converted to 0.2 GPA which is super cool cuz I now I can study without the stress.

In math class a classmate threw a paper plane at me LOL , on the paper plan was "Math sucks". In my MSN nick I put "Maths rock", then this classmate tried to be funny and wrote math sucks. So during one of the tutorials there was a question which no one know how to do. I suddenly stepped up [I was filled with the wisdom of the Spirit :) ] and wrote out the whole solution, and at the end of my answer I wrote something "MATH ROCKZ" Everyone was kinda stunned lol hahaha.

Received alot of boos hehe but recently I feel I fell in love with something I hated the most in my past lifetime, I started to LOVE numbers, math, calculus ......And slowly its been unlocked to me but I really feel there are alot of talented people in the world that I want to learn from :)

Funny day

Today was an interesting day, I was initially told by my CCA head to report to a class as there are visitors coming to school and I had to arrive by 11am. I woke up at 10am and panicked , prayed and took a taxi to school.Told the uncle SIMEI ITE and wanted to be friendly so talked to the taxi uncle but in the end the taxi uncle talked talked talked talked talked..........

When we arrived I WAS SOOOO SHOCKED, guess which place I was at

I WAS AT TPJC!!!!!!!!!!! The taxi uncle drove me to the wrong place but suddenly I felt a sense of nostalgia and regret.......Regret that I did not study well and don't have a chance studying at this beautiful school. Its a place that I really feel a bond to, my ex crush is there last time, my brethren is there.

Anyway back to reality, went to ITE and got through the day.....a very tiring day as I still had cold symptoms. Then rushed to buy ingredients for aunt Jan, and ate dinner there had like almost 20 scoops of rice!!!! REALLY ATE ALOT :)

After the very enjoyable dinner went back home and just relax, and think about why I did not do well in my primary school haizzzzzz.

A miracle happened to me, I needed some books but did not have enough cash so I prayed and I really had faith in Him. I prayed for 50 bucks, then suddenly the next day my mum said she and dad are going to Genting and she have me 50 bucks.......I was like SHOCKED :)

I got very sick during these few days, but still went to school Monday, I woke up super early and did not have enough sleep so kinda tired and frustrated. Prayed and read my bible on the bus and had a psalms which I really like psalms 18....The starting verses are "I LOVE YOU LORD......"

Very relaxing and calming on me, so went to take bus 31, and when it turned a corner I saw someone.....I saw yiying and was shocked!!! Suddenly I don't know how to respond but the bus was too fast so did not have time to wave to her. There were some girls and a guy in nursing and they were super super OPEN , they were talking about sex and organs and alot of those sexual stuff.

Kinda shocked then I was thinking hey what if my future wife is a nurse :p will be kinda cool and I can easily emigrate cuz I am an engineer and she is a nurse that is what a country need :)

I lost my maths book during holidays but thank GOD my teacher had a SPARE ONE but today was a very hardworking day, I did maths at home straight for 2 hours and after everything I suddenly remembered I forgot to eat dinner, went to MAC and bought a super big mega prosperity burger :)

I had a chat with my ex lecturer who also went to ITE and to Higher nitec and he shared with me his experience and I found it to be encouraging as he is also christian.

For those of you were were asking me were I was during the last day of 2008....I WAS .....BAKING A CAKE :)

Yea its for real, was doing an apple cake at uncle Francis's place, well I just helped out :P
Aunt Jan was doing the baking, but I cut the apples and made the dough.
And the ingredients were nutmeg oil, baking soda, flour, 2 eggs, vanilla essence, yogurt, walnuts.......... After blending in all those in the flour, we put the apples on a metal plate and put in the flour, after than we went to bake for 45 mins . It turn out quite nice :)
I also got to taste some home made chocolate Fudge.....though it looks like shit but it tasted GREAT :p lol hahahahahahahhahahahahahaaaaaaa (My camera sucks lah)

After that went home to bath , was kinda sad cuz I missed the testimony thingy but I will post my testimony online :)

Was also kinda sianz cuz I know xz they all are the spontaneous type and they won't plan where to go, so I waited for super long before they told me to meet in pasir ris downtown east and there were alot of people making a fool out of themselves lol......

Then it was new year :) we intially was going to clark quay but in the end go orchard balcony, then they say go orchard towers so walked for 15 mins then went up and there was no entry to people below 25 so WALKED back to orchard balcony which was another 15 mins but there were breaks in between. In the end went to HK cafe where I had this light supper. UNAGI porridge!!!

The century egg had double yorks :p

Then went to the movie theater to rest, I went home and slept through out :)

One more day

Today was kinda nice, woke up ate MEGA mac griddles and went to library to study and covered a lot of electrical circuits and fuses, it is kinda fun :) I also managed to borrow some books on finance, after I was done went to Tampines mall and saw Henry and Gary......so was kinda shocked!! Went to get some pens and waited SUPER long for Gary's queue at Singtel.

I suddenly have a frenzy for pencils......not mechanical ones but WOODEN pencils :p I got a electronic sharpener and SHARPEN EVERY single pencil I can find at home and gone the famous CHUNG HWA brand of pencils lol ...... kinda lame but I like doing such things nowadays, I like doing math with wooden pencils instead of mechanical ones as mechanical pencils often have very blunt tips and the words I write will be kinda blunt, while the wood ones are sharp.......

I wanted to study more math but I left my math book in SCHOOL!!!!!! No worries my confidence is in God not my book so I actually not that afraid, but I still have to go find it lah.

Got a planner a very very nice looking one and there are places where I can write goals and plans, It costed me 13 bucks...... I have soooo many cool ideas for 2009 :)

OH I also went to facebook and saw gheehien's pics and I found out that he always had a mustache lol hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahhaha very cool, its like a person who have a mustache since JC then after 20 years you see him, he still look good with the moustache.....

I went to think some of the things I have done,will like to do, have learned and came up with a list.

I don't want to be a person that sins from Monday to Saturday and go back to GOD to beg for mercy on Sunday, but I want to be a person that fears/respects GOD and do righteous deeds out of love for GOD than my own exaltation.

2. Live a righteous life before GOD and man, many times I have seen or met people who call themselves Christians but they still do things of the world and indulge in worldly sins.

You may think or say that I am judging others but I say onto you Jesus said in John 7:24 "Do not judge according to appearance, but judge with righteous judgment. What does it mean by righteous judgment , it means to judge morally right or justifiable in an upright, moral way and not being biased in a viewpoint that favors to you. When I say what I say e.g Christians saying they are Christians but sin, you and I both know I am right, in the bible the Jews call themselves Jews but they crucify their own savior....... When I say this point I am only speaking in the truth.

3. Be able to love and bond with others well, I am a low EQ guy ever since primary school hahaha I don't think that this fact is a secret to those who know me, but I understand that GOD is a GOD of love and relationships, I am always amazed by the fact that Jesus the GOD of the universe did not just go and broadcast to the universe that He is GOD the very moment He was born BUT He built relationships with the 12 apostles and let them see His way of life and the miracles and Love He had for humanity and let them carry out His work on earth when He ascended.

I basically simplified the steps, First love God. Then serve God because you love Him, Then to serve God you have to live a life that is Godly to touch others, then bring others to Him :)

I want to live a life that is Godly not to show off and not for any motive e.g. to get people to join my church...... The point is to love others, and because you love them you bring them to the GOD of love......

Well here gooooeeessss....... GOD help me ......

Today was fun but I have to wake up at an early time, went to church one day camp. Had a sermon then games and movie, my team won because of yiying she scares the opponent away BWAHAHA YIYING THE INCREDIBLE SHEHULK!!!! hahaha she's probably gonna kill me when she reads this :P

Then had a very nice outback sort of dinner, we went to the rooftop setup tables and had KFC, there were suppose to be stars and moon but it was kinda weird as the whole sky was BLACK because yy scare the moon and stars away HAHAHAHAHAHA......ohhhhh man whats wrong with me hahahahaha.

Then we went home, was in the bus with xz and hy, and there were a group of youths sitting behind me and there were bimbos in the group talking about alot of foolish stuff haha, then I was reading my 4 books then suddenly I read my bible and the bimbo behind me was shouting out "Hey lets read the bible!" I was like LOL ........what the......... then I kept laughing, and the bimbo was like saying she haven't read the bible for a long while and was from riverlife haha

Then I was thinking to myself why is it that alot of church teens are so worldly at times and say things without thinking? I won't accuse anyone from any church for being worldly and foolish because in both the modern and traditional churches there are worldly teens, but I was thinking anyone of us from my church or any other traditional church can win in bible knowledge, But the modern charismatic teens will win in expression......They can really show their love for God.

There are so many fun differences hahaha But I want to pursue a more BALANCED way and I really want to look at God's will not mine, recently I do feel more balanced, I just wished that there is a church that has both Traditional and Charismatic qualities.

Like the Bible knowledge and Theology of traditional churches and the Worship and Love of the charismatic church. If only there is such a church....it can really do very well and bear fruits as it can appeal to the LORD and to attract people to Him.

Haiz anyways the new year is coming and I will set up some goals.....

Wow I haven't blogged for a while, I have no idea why these few mornings seem so tiring haha might be because due to my high intake of protein, protein makes a person tired and sleepy.

Yesterday went out to meet this brethren whom I have not seen for a long time........He got some issues which he is very open to share with people, I was quite shock when listening to his problems. During secondary school to ITE days he was the very shy, introvert type but now he suddenly become a playboy, and have alot of sexual conquests.

When I manage to use some scripture and explain for hours then he just says he can't apply, then I was like AHHHHHH!!! Its like you tell me you don't know how to eat rice, so I put a bowl of rice and a spoon on the table, then I show you how to eat rice, just put the rice in your mouth chew and swallow....but after I show you everything you tell me you don't know how to apply......lol

But it was quite fun to spend time as I haven't met him for super long, we went to watch the movie yesman!!! Its a bout a guy, carl who due to some bad experiances in life shield himself from everything and new experiances like going out to a new place or doing something new. So he went to a semina which reminds me of mlm and church LOL!!! So he had a convenant with the guru and he must say YES to everything and it really opens up alot of things for him lol......I was thinking how to apply the movie to my life but it seems weird but fun......

I want to try new things in 2009, I hope that I can find my gifts and how to serve the Lord. Wah I intially wanted to share testimony but I will post it online instead lah.....

Well recently as I am unlocked, alot of blessings just came unexpectedly, like food, money, work, bus,transports....etc but the most important is God's love and presence. It seems like everything is joyful and I am in a "dream" world to others hahaha.

I went uncle's house today and help aunt jan cook, clean, wash and prepare dinner for Jesse who was staying over uncle's house.....wah it was so tiring man!!! Finally know why aunt and uncle like to have a maid around LOL.....but like wisdom said "there is no freemeal therefore work!!!!", I enjoyed Fish,White chicken soup LOL nomally chinese use black chicken but aunt said white chicken is BIGGER, Veggies which I LIKE!!!

And enjoyed Hazelnut coffee by Jesse, I also helped abit in making rendang, hahaah I think gheeyien will be super tempted to try hehe........someday bahs.....

Oh ya went to watch IPMAN with uncle, it was great!!! The moves were nice but some of the guys who acted as japanese did not use moves that look like karate but TAEKWONDO which is super useless!!! (unless your korean)......only the final match looks like karate!

Hongying sms me to jio wudi to church this saturday which I think I will, but of course need prayer :)

I prayed to the Lord for guidance for going to a church He wants me to me and the deadline is by 2008 and by 2009 I will be either in a new church or same, I have used 4months to think and pray. If I do move on I hope to settle everything nicely and peacefully whereby everyone is ok.

I don't want to suddenly dissappear and lie to everyone, I believe God will open a way for me :)

Firstday of holiday

Today initially I wanted to spend the whole day reading and studying engineering but I went to the gym and trained, I wanted to do some muscle training for the fun of it and ended up in Chinatown with uncle Francis and aunt Jan, had Great food and dessert, I should bring you guys there someday :)

But today's subject was on career, about what I plan to do, aunt and uncle made me think about what I want to do later which I had no trouble as I already looked 10 years into the future on what I will be or become, but I think my view is a bit simple as normally an engineer will start out pay quite low at probably 1.5-2k and you have to do all the simple shit jobs till you promote to manager etc....

I actually have no worries about my future pay or my studies anymore, cuz recently my thoughts and mind are slowly gravitating to the Lord instead of my own vantage point, but I know it is through His mercy and grace that I can do all things not because of me doing and thinking about it.

And today's bible reading enlighten me even more in Matthew 16:23-18 talks about putting your own interests on God not man's, I know I can't be perfect now and will still or eventually sin unknowingly or knowingly and I know there is no way to make it up to the Lord cuz whatever we have or do is by Him, so the only thing we can do is by, Pleasing Him and bringing others to Him. Its a very simple way to look at it.

I understand that when you put your interests in God everything will fall out naturally, career, love life etc..... Matthew 7:7-12 Talks about the Lord blessing His own children, If you love the Lord obey Him, and bring people to Him , You will be blessed spiritually or materially.

But there is still tribulations, its not a smooth journey, a very wealthy options teacher (options is something like stocks but somewhat different) Mr Schaeffer said one thing, if everything was smooth sailing and there are no mistakes then a person can take over the world in 1 month!.

I will no longer have fear and phobia like people have as I have the Lord and there is a verse that really encourages me, Matthew 6:33-34
Seek first His kingdom and His righteousness and all these things will be added to you.

Powerful breakthrough

Wow this week is just GREAT!!!

I finally had a breakthrough!!! I want to thank God for using brother geeyean to open my eyes to the love of the Lord.......

I discovered that my initial viewpoint in the Lord was wrong, my viewpoint was based very much in intellect, I view God in a way that is always in theology, intelligence....etc....

But in our faith the main thing should be........LOVE!!! Although it is not wrong to view it in an intelligent way but the focus should be more on loving the Lord and knowing Him more and more everyday.

After that day of listening to geeyean I started to think for myself, maybe the way I look at the Lord and relationship with Him is in the wrong vantage point......then BOOM!!!! Its like a person who suddenly learn a super martial arts move, IT WAS REVEALED to me!!!

Then everything seems to make sense books like

1If I speak with the ^(A)tongues of men and of ^(B)angels, but do not have love, I have become a noisy gong or a ^(C)clanging cymbal.

If only people of intellect can worship the Lord then well no one can worship Him properly but God put in emotions in everyone whereby we can Love, Feel, Care....etc

We worship God in emotions(Love,humility,truth...etc) and in spirit.....and we honor Him by living our lives pleasing in His sight, by not doing the things He hates and doing the things He loves :)

Hallelujah may everyone of us learn to love Him more and more amen :)

Wow its already Wednesday and time really past fast. Regarding my last post I wrote something on tests and tribulations, and I suddenly remembered uncle Francis introduce me to a book call "The Screw tape Letters" by C.S Lewis. Its about a demon's views and strategies to tempt us. This high ranking demon call Screw tape writes letter to his nephew which is a lower ranking demon and they talk about how to tempt and lead humans to hell.

They talk about various strategies and I find it very interesting as it is really what we face in this modern world. But it is a very intellectual book so people might find it very hard to read, however if you can understand these strategies you can know how the devil "plays" you and know how to handle these strategies.

I have been doing alot of books recently, books on war strategies power apologetic, haha I want to take these time to learn more about strategy and God.

But I am on a spiritual depression which is very normal to all Christian and people. So I need to use this time to learn and depend on the Lord but it will be a dangerous journey as this stage is when demons brainwash you the most but after this stage its time to serve :)

Handling Resources
Relationship
How you fight for your faith
Unanswered prayer or Presence

Value,
sometimes God will test you to see if you put your faith in HIM, or you place your value in your money, possessions, intellect and worldly stuff. If you place your values on worldly stuffs God will use occasions or events to reprove you and cause to see that at the end of the day it is God that we should put faith and value on not the world's stuff. And as I said in my last post, God shows His glory to SAVE not to show off. In Matthew 3:8 Jesus gave the best example

8 Again, the devil took Him up on an exceedingly high mountain, and showed Him all the kingdoms of the world and their glory. 9 And he said to Him, “All these things I will give You if You will fall down and worship me.”
10 Then Jesus said to him, “Away with you,^[d] Satan! For it is written, ‘You shall worship the LORD your God, and Him only you shall serve.’”^[e]
11 Then the devil left Him, and behold, angels came and ministered to Him.

Jesus placed His values on the Everlasting God not not in the world.

Satan uses the world's riches to tempt people and making them value the world more than God's eternal salvation, a good example will be in the following scripture(Luke 12) of the CONSEQUENCES

Adultery in the Heart

27 “You have heard that it was said to those of old,^[c] ‘You shall not commit adultery.’^[d]

Men as we all know have problem with lusting after beautiful women and carrying out lustful acts in the mind by the hand, But Jesus said if we lust after a woman and imagine carrying out sexual acts on her, we have already sinned. I know that it is a very difficult thing but IF you notice the verse bellow you can triumph over sexual sin .

Mark10:27 But Jesus looked at them and said, “With men it is impossible, but not with God; for with God all things are possible.”

Satan favorite tactic for youths and young teenagers is LUST, to make them do immoral and sexual deeds to dishonor God. But how can we teenagers who are have enraged hormones control ourselfs? By focusing on Jesus, Ask Jesus to help you, Think of what He did to save you from sin! How He was crucified to the cross, beaten up, bled and every drop of blood is for US. In my case when I focus on Lord Jesus and on how He suffered for me I just STOP, my lusts are gone, vanished! By the blood of Jesus all my sins and thoughts are vanished.

I love to use psalms 119 , Matthew 5:27 to attack satan for it is said, "God's word is a double edged sword". Here are the verses

By taking heed according to Your word.
10 With my whole heart I have sought You;
Oh, let me not wander from Your commandments!
11 Your word I have hidden in my heart,
That I might not sin against You.
105 Your word is a lamp to my feet

Handling resources,

God likes to also see how you handle your resources

Matthew 25:14-30 [GO READ IT UP]

29 ‘For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. 30 And cast the unprofitable servant into the outer darkness. There will be weeping and gnashing of teeth.’

If you cant even handle your time/money/gifts well How can GOD give you more??? You need prayer and plan to handle everything well and let it be pleasing to God.

RELATIONSHIPS,

What type of person are you? Do you handle your relationships well?

Ezekiel 22:9

Are you a gossip/someone who reveal other people's private and secret stuffs? Or are you the type who bully and take advantage of your friends/brothers sisters.

DO NOT take advantage or bully a person then say you are joking for the bible says you are a MADMAN.

Now besides handling your relationships with friends now how do you handle your relationship with your family? The blbie tells us to honor our father and mother :)

How you fight for your faith

Sometimes God will allow people to come into your life and attack you, attack you in the faith as Jesus already said, many will persecute you for His sake but you will be blessed. However how will you uphold your faith? Many times I meet people who are smarter or intellectually more gifted than me and it is hard for me to share the gospel with them but I will not agree with them and lose my faith in God. We have to learn how to pray for wisdom in handling such matters.

But your attitude matters, if your the type where when someone attacks your faith then you just take it as a joke and laugh it off, then your "losing", and your representing Jesus and your "losing". You may fail at a debate but your attitude should be "Sorry God forgive me for failing You to prove that Your the God , Lord give me strength and wisdom and let this person believe that Your the way, life and truth"

Defend your faith dearly beloved :)

Unanswered prayer or Presence

Sometimes God will leave you and test you. You may feel a spiritual depression and not feel God but you must know this GOD IS ALWAYS THERE!!! But think of this as a test. Many times we say we Love God , we Desire God,we Trust God but HOW TRUE IS THAT???

It can only be prove it when God turn back and watch from afar, in this we can analyze ourselves and God can TEST us to see if we really Love Him or just using our words.

In the bible God did that to a king, but I forgot the chapter so share next time :)

And also unanswered prayer. Before we ask this question analyze this

Is this prayer for my own ego or wants
Is this prayer going to stumble anyone or me
Is this prayer needed?

If you pray for a million dollars, is thas to satisfy your own ego hence, sin women etc

Cooking class

Dearly beloved :)

Recently I took up some basic cooking from aunt Jan, I wanted to upgrade myself in all aspects and going to do more reading in literature/history too so borrow me any good books :)

Managed to learn 2 dishes, my favorite was still the pancakes......Its relatively easy to do too, mix the dough and fry it, mash fresh strawberries and place the creamy butter on the side of the plate. However if your curious :p the other dish I learned is Thai green curry, unfortunately I did not took any pictures of it.

Uncle Francis passed me a lot of new books, on Old testament reading plans, theology, maps of Moses's journey and literature.

I will enjoy reading all the books.

Today as I was reading the bible, John chapter 1. I was reading how the word was with God and the Word was God, and this word BECAME FLESH. So this is a process of how this pure and perfect word became flesh.

Then I was thinking since Jesus is the word, then isn't it that when we read the bible we are reading Jesus?? Since Jesus is the word, so I concluded that when we READ the bible we become more and more like Him, but NOTE we must be DOERS of the word for in James 1:22-26 says

22But be ye doers of the word, and not hearers only, deceiving your own selves.

23For if any be a hearer of the word, and not a doer, he is like unto a man beholding his natural face in a glass:

24For he beholdeth himself, and goeth his way, and straightway forgetteth what manner of man he was.

25But whoso looketh into the perfect law of liberty, and continueth therein, he being not a forgetful hearer, but a doer of the work, this man shall be blessed in his deed.

26If any man among you seem to be religious, and bridleth not his tongue, but deceiveth his own heart, this man's religion is vain.

He who says he reads and listens to the word of God but do not DO it , is only deceiving and lying to himself. But when that person reads,listen and do the word and will of God, the person will become more and more like Jesus, as He is the word of God.

I will do more bible studies and share more about the word soon, but now let us all DO the will of Him :)

Woke up early today, went for PE and there was a test which was thankfully easy as I worked in the gym but there were a couple of questions I did not understand but the teacher manage to go through.

Then went for programming lesson and completed chapter 5 and there was a final question which I did not do as I did not want to agitate my teacher haha, the class is still doing chapter 4 but for me I am going onto chapter 6 but I know all of this is possible not because of my own knowledge but because of God's blessing.

I skipped math and went to meet hy,ivy and Ariel. I was there at 1.58pm and I remembered hy said meet there at 2pm but I was waiting and reading a book "charismatic 101" by jeffrey khoo of febc. But there was no one !!! Then hy call me and apologize and said meet at 2.30......so waited till 245 then saw ivy and Ariel.

Went to tecman and we were exploring like little children and time just passed by and 2hrs30mins passed. After we choose everything paid, and went to bugis village........I was again waiting for the girls to shop and look at watches. Apparently there were no suitable watch so we went to "soup spoon" for dinner, ivy introduced the mushroom soup which was not bad but the mushroom scent was overwhelming.

After everything went to the mrt and I went home, I bought 2 books

So I was reading and then went to school which was super slack and I prayed for wisdom so went ahead and teacher just let me go surf net and friendster etc......lol

then went to bedok library and burger king , I just sat there in the Burgerking and ate,ate,ate and I saw many interesting things, as I was facing the glass, I saw people walking haha, and read a book on handling money the christian way, also read my super worn out Kjv which my uncle gave me...... I thought of buying another new study bible but Kjv but was discouraged as I no $ then mum suddenly came in and gave me 5oBUCKS!!!! I was like HALLELUJAH!!!!!

Apparently my mum stroke lottery as she is not a chistian but I believe one day she will be :) and my whole family too :)

I did some research on Kjv, apparently I found some stuff.
and I wrote a email to de en for some clarification. Heres my email.

They talked about some translator used the wrong version of the hebrew and greek manuscrips like wescott and hort and I did learn alot of intersting facts.

Like NIV translator some of them are not even christian and there is a lesbian translator in the team also the head of the translation team is a homosexual!

Yesterday night had nightmares, I think was demonic attack lol, anways in my dream I was attacked then I kept using the word of GOD, and it seems I was quite confident in Him and somehow I won but when I woke up I was like cold and heart was beating fast.........

Then I read my KJV which I have not used for a super long time.....

Psalm 27

I want to share a couple of things.

Verse 1 The Lord is my light and salvation.
David used the word "my" which means it is a very personal relationship between us and the Lord thats why in John 1:12 it says to them He gave power to be sons of God......so we call Him Father :)

Psalms 119:105 "Thy word is a lampunto my feet, and a light unto my path" With the Father's light and guidance we can know righteousness and not sin against Him, and will be protected from all the evil ones.

Salvation: If the Lord is with you who can be against you ? If your life is in the Hand of God of whom shall you be afraid and fear??? In Him there is no darkness or death,there is Light and eternal life( read Romans 6:9, John 1:4) what I say are based in the bible not my own words..

And one more is "the strength of our life" Deutronomy 31:6 tell us not to be afraid for the Lord thy God, He it is that doth go with thee. He will be fighting with us!!!(refer to Deutronomy 1:30 The Lord your God which goeth before you, He shall fight for you....")

Verses 2-3, When wicked people/things and even if a people encamp to destroy david, it only made him more CONFIDENT IN HIM......Why? Because when the Lord is with you, you cannot fail!!! and the LIGHT will be shown to those in the darkness.

I find it weird that only when people are punished or placed in a bad circumstance that they believe and trust and seee God.

BUT

from the later verses we can see that david DESIRED one thing

"To dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life"

Haha david desired to stay with the Lord :)
I read in a book once that the holier a christian becomes the less he/she desires of the world and wants to be with the Lord!!!

And david's reason is to behold the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in his temple.

I checked the dictionary and to inquire is to seek information by questioning; ask: to inquire about a person.

The Lord is just so beautiful and Holy that you just want to stay with Him and ask questions of His magnificience.

Wow finally its friday, I have been waiting for this for a long time, so today woke up and prayed, went to school was the first one to complete my work and did everything neatly and was able to be dismissed early, I want to thank God for the knowledge He gave me.

Then went to cca and was told to sell off chrismas cards so I took my bundle and went to meet uncle francis and aunt jan for lunch, and went to KFC in bedok int to talk about life, I heard and Praise the Lord for blessing brother ghee yean (a common friend of me and uncle francis) someone opened a company and asked bro ghee yean to be the General manager of the whole company. It is really a very encouraging testimony.

Then also talked about stocks and options, uncle was super funny, cuz he told me of 3 stocks/options which will rise in price but his friend forgot to buy for him, and the gain was 30-120percent, thats like u put in 100 become 220 dollars!!!

But overall it was a nice chat, then went home practice guitar and was shocked that my skills improved, I think it is the blessing of the Lord, when a person wants to put in effort serving the Lord the person will be blessed.

I still praying about the church thing bahs.....

Skipped school today as I wanted to check out some books and bibles at tecman with henry. I already know I am ahead of the class but I will put in respondsibilitiy to study for GOD. But today was kinda fun :)

Went to meet henry in tampines and chatted awhile with him and his friend, then we reached bugis and the feeling is like kids at a candystore. tecman were FILLED with books on christianity and bibles :)

We went to checkout and discuss what books to buy, and eventually henry bought 50-60 dollars worth of books and I bought 2 books.

People may ask why I spend so much on books bibles etc, well this verse answer itself.

1 “Ho! Everyone who thirsts, Come to the waters;And you who have no money,Come, buy and eat.Yes, come, buy wine and milk.Without money and without price.

2 Why do you spend money for what is not bread,And your wages for what does not satisfy? Listen carefully to Me, and eat what is good,And let your soul delight itself in abundance.

I bought a book at riverlife and saw this pamphlet and it was about donating money to rural coutries to buy clean water, clothes and food for the kids, I plan to save and send it to them, discussed with henry I think we will need to save to give.

Probably in few weeks time then I can do it.But I have to learn to spend my money wisely in the Lord, I will ask myself everytime I spend money that "can I glorify the Lord?"

My goal now is to grow spiritualy mature in Him. amen

Today was another amazing day, yesterday I spend the night praying for all the brethren, sisters in Christ. Then this morning when I woke up I couldn't find my thumdrive and searched my whole house high and low but I was not really in panic as I know

24 When you lie down, you will not be afraid;
Yes, you will lie down and your sleep will be sweet.

25 Do not be afraid of sudden terror,
Nor of trouble from the wicked when it comes;

26 For the LORD will be your confidence,
And will keep your foot from being caught.

And suddenly an image flashed into my mind, I remember having tuition at my cousins house (my cousin live just 2 stories below my house hehe) but I was worried as I don't want to disturb my cousin so early in the morning, then I packed up and prepare to go to school so walked near the lift then I was SHOCKED.....I saw my cousin walking out preparing to work WHAT A TIMING, then I ask if I left my thumdrive there and HALLELUJAH!!! praise the Lord it was THERE !!!!!

I got it and went to school, and today was very slack, so went to the gym to work from 1pm-7pm, and I planed to study all day and pray in the gym as it is kinda quiet in the afternoon.

I spend 2Hours30Mins studying the bible and bible study methods, I spend 20 mins praying, I spend 1Hour drinking water and resting meditating and enjoying the Love in the Lord, I spend 1Hour30Mins studying my maths and ENJOYED lt :)

Time seem to pass fast and I went back and sms henry to meet tomorow to help him choose some books, I plan to skip school tomorow as I am already ahead of the class, so I want to spend the whole day tomorow praying, reading the word of God and studying.

I have found new ways to study the bible and enjoying it :)

Recent thoughts 16-11

Wow I feel super blessed and joyful this week, I feel thank the blessings of my brothers and sisters of macedonia and GOD's mercy and grace to me :)

Recently I have been doing extensive bible studies and learning some songs then when I went to riverlife today was shocked cuz it was the same things that I was reading and songs I am learning.

Deutronomy 3-4, about God's promise and warnings to the Jews, then after the amazement the worship leader talked about Jeremiah chapter 17, which is linked to Psalms 1, the one about "How blessed is the man that.....", and when it was time to sing I was shocked again, its the song I have been singing!!!!

Then went to macedonia and it was about john the baptist which I also read few weeks ago, and I kinda got shocked again.....

I really feel GOD is using certain messages and teaching me His ways and will. Then after that was bible class which I enjoy cuz we did a sharing about charismatic churches and about alot of cool stuff :)

Talked about youth which I will share about in future blogs, my topic will be "Why are our youths not having success(spiritually and physically)".

Also went to had dinner with , zh, yy, hy, hs..... enjoyed the meal, also bought a book on bible studying which seems super cool :)
Hong shing did something really bad but did not admit to it, I was suddenly inspired to use Matthew chapter 7:12 on him, "Do on to others as you would to yourself", it seems shing seems to understand but he don't want to apply haha looks like I must pray more for him.

Then later going to do bible study and praying for people and my studies. I know God will answer my prayers but in His own mysterious ways, I don't know if I can do super well or score A for everything but I know, no matter what happens may HE get the glory!!!

I think my math test is a good testimony, cuz I really put everything aside and just thought of giving Him glory, and I got A (92/100). But I think I didn't score 100 because I still have abit of pride but it is time that I shed all my pride away and "Let Jesus be exalted and I be faded away".

I recently also feel something , something big is going to happen in my life, a transformation? a purpose? a upgrade?....I don't know but I know that I want to love the FATHER,SON,HOLY SPIRIT everyday more and more.

And I can feel His love stronger and His word more delicious everyday, psalms 19:20 says that Scripture is sweeter than HONEY!!!

How I delight in Him and His word everyday, may I do what psalms 21 is saying "May I dwell in the house of the Lord forever" :)

Hallelujah praise Jesus, our Lord and saviour , our King, Father I ask that you may use all of us brothers and sisters to your glory amen :)

You will learn that daniel and his friends still continued to follow these few principals even they became super successful what are these principals??

Even in tribulation or tests, dont bow down to "idols"
Have confidence in Him

V1-16 shows that those teens depended on Him an did not bow before hte image of nebuchadnezza. Though they were forced and placed in a stressful situation they REFUSED to bow down before that trial.

Their answer/response in V17 shows their boldness and attitude in GOD, "God will deliever us from the burning furnace and from your hand"(My expression) I should actually adopt this attitude.

We teenagers are always in an identity crisis and peer pressure often forces us to "worship" things like money,drugs,smoking,sinning etc...... But we must remember who we are

Matthew 5:13 We are the salt of the earth
Matthew 5:14 We are the light of the earth
John 1:12 We are the child of GOD

Daniel chapter 1-2

Here is a short and sweet sharing about the book of Daniel.

But the reason I chose the book of Daniel is because Daniel is a good example for us, here is some info about Daniel

Abducted by the babylonians at age of around 15-16
Shows to depend and worship GOD even in time of peer pressure and tribulations
Is a teenager whom know his identity in GOD
Brought a king to believe GOD (haha how difficult is that imagine getting the president to be christian)

The main point is because the book of Daniel relates to use as he himself is a teenager and he reacted to situations in a very godly way.

ok heres my sharing

I learned to apply a few things

Set your heart upon GOD
Depend on Him
Have confidence in Him
Let His glory be known through you

Daniel started by proposing in his mind/heart V1:8 in the Lord, and he handled his personal affairs with wisdom.

Daniel's end result was very successful in the Lord,
v15 They looked better
V17 they were given Knowledge, Wisdom and Understand
V20 They were TEN TIMES BETTER thank all of the other teenagers and wise men.

in V2:20 Daniel's prayers revealed his views and dependance of God

And the Lord was glorified in v24-49
inso daniel was blessed by the Lord in v48

GO AND READ HIS WORD !!!! ENJOY GOD'S WORD IN YOUR LIFES AND BE ENCOURAGED!!!!!!!!!!!

Testimony

:) Blessed be our GOD, the GOD of the heavens and the earth, GOD of Abraham, Isaac, Moses, Daniel and all of the saints.

The Lord was glorified through my exam results, I got 92, had a careless mistake but was humbled by that experience. I learned on how to depend on the LORD and give Him glory, when I did that test I just told myself, "Lord may the glory be yours not mine hallelujah".

And I did not cheat or depend on my papers, ha ha I think more than half of the class depended on some help. But my conscience was clear and I get to see my real strength, cuz if I had cheated I could not have seen my full potential. Not sure if I am the top of class but I know I did not cheated and gave my best to GOD.

I thank Him for the blessings and the wisdom I was given these few days and everything seems cool.

Wow today is another blessed day :)

Went to school but prayed for my maths test before I went and while I was bathing I came up with a reading plan for my bible reading......hehe alot of people feel weird cuz even though test coming up le I still doing bible study and reading but I want to take myself out of the picture and focus in the LORD.

I read NLT in the bus on my way to school and enjoyed the psalms as it was very encouraging, when I arrived went to do programming but today more on helping out people that doing my stuff.

When it was time for maths I just prayed to let the Lord's glory be shown, then finished the paper very smooth and fast, I think there was 1 mistake but I did my best, and handed it up, my friend who was also a christian said he did not attened church for 2 weeks to study for the test but still he could not do the questions so I told him to go church more hahaha cuz eventhough I go church (my uncle de) and I study and there was no hinderence that was too big or hard on he for
"Nothing is too hard for the Lord" Genesis when isaac was borned.

Then thought of buying NKJV bible cuz I gave one to my cousin so no more le and after a while one of the gym owners call me to work for few hours , I was shocked , I finally know what Jesus said in Matthew 5 , The Lord knows what you need even before you pray.

When I finally let myself out of the picture and focus on the glory of God , I was blessed in alot of ways :)

Then now at home thanking GOD :)

Today was another blessed day for me, last night I was frustrated as I focused too much in the theological expect that I forgot the main purpose is to love God. It was through so many songs that I finally see :)

Now today I was filled with joy in the Lord, went to school and everything was super successful, I completed my C++ programming way ahead of my class, so I spend my time helping others to do instead of doing everything and I thank God I learned patience..........

Then went to Electrical theory, it was kinda fun but boring haha....... I was looking forward to watching James Bond with uncle and bro ghee yean. Then the class ended so went to have lunch, and classmate ask me math but though I don't practice much I believe God have me wisdom cuz I could do it straight away without much hinderance. It was my prayer that I may help out others that God have blessed me with this wisdom.

Then chiong home brewed PEPPERMINT TEA....YEA PEOPLE I AM NOW DRINKING TEA!!!!!
I learned those high class stuff from hanging out with uncle francis,uncle roy they all......And it does not cost like super expensive...maybe 20-50 can get high quality tea le, but my sis got this marks and spencer peppermint so I tried and was hooked.

Reached bugis and went to NYDC with uncle francis, ate this dish call "3 amigo" which consisted of 3 types of meat and cheese bake rice, and this young couple came in and order super sized stuff that will prob cost 60-80 bucks bah lol. So we walked around, I ate AGAIN!!! Gelato ice cream.

Finally met bro ghee yean and we went to the James Bond movie which was kinda cool, and the popcorn was super super big......... and ended the day at some famous Nasi Bryani stall and buying some food for aunt janet's thai dish making tomorow haha.

I really want to thank God for blessing me, giving me this love and that He brought me to people who are godly doing testimony and glorifiying Him

new church???

Recently after I visited my uncle's church, after the visit I felt a connection but I was not very sure so I prayed about it, and it seems I feel more and more growth in there.

But I still do attend 2 church at the same time, macedonia and my uncle's church, but I discussed with many elders and brother henry regarding if I should go or stay.

I analysed and think if I were to go to a church I would want.

1 I want To feel God's love
2 I want To grow
3 I want To serve Him
4 I want To lead and bring people to Him

Henry said my first 2 goals were self centered, well I agree but I know my ultimate purpose. To feel His love and to grow may seem self centered I agree but at the end of the day if it is to love Him more and to grow in Him more I don't think it will displease Him.

But I KNOW at the end of the day it is still God's decision, so I want to take myself out of the picture and let God take over me.

I will pray and may I be able to see clearer.

I will not hide anything or ashamed of anything cuz I now at the end of the day nothing is hidden to God. If I am going to other church is to satisfy my vanity or pride then I will be reprimanded if I go is to grow/serve and love Him more then I will be blessed.

But the focus MUST be on GOD, not on me lah....

Do pray for me to see His Will.

How to fear the LORD and certain psalms/proverbs sharing

Many times I read proverbs or psalms or any books in the Bible it tells us to fear the LORD but HOW DO WE DO THAT??

Well my sisters and brothers fear has many meanings,
1 To be afraid
2 To be respectful
I BELIEVE IT TO BE BOTH......

anyways here is my sharing after reading Psalm 34

HOW TO FEAR THE LORD

Keep yourself from speaking evil
Don't Lie
Depart from evil
Do good
Seek peace
Pursue/maintain peace

From so many psalms and proverbs I have seen the Lord's deliverance and help for the Godly/Righteous/good. And the destruction and fall of the evil and wicked.May we bring God's grace to the evil ones/unbelievers that thay be be forgiven and made righteous through Lord Jesus Christ.

The Lord will not let the Godly go hungry, we may experiance poverty or go thorugh financial problems but let it be known that God will not let us go hungry, Many times God's powers are shown through our weaknesses. It is only in darkness that we can see light.

Dot rely on your own strenght for

You will get arrogant
You will not be successful

But depend on the LORD

godless destroy their friends with their words but Righteouss will be delievered through knowldege, with wisdom we can know how to get away from the godless.

The generous will prosper, I think that when we are generous people are BLESSED and see the light and grace of GOD, and when we bless others and let people see the glory of God we will be rewarded, but we should do good not for the pursue of reward but to show others the light of Jesus Christ amen.

When I was meditating in the word of GOD, a revelation was given on to me....

I pondered on a question

Q] Why do GOD always want us to show His glory?

2 years back when I was trying to preach the gospel to my cousin, she said our God is selfish and arrogant, but the reason why God wants to show is His glory is to SAVE Lifes

Why do I say so, because when we do things through Him and show His glory to others, we let others get a glimpse of HOW POWERFUL AND GREAT this GOD is, and how much we people need Him, It is the SAME REASON WHY JESUS DID MIRACLES,

TO SHOW HOW GREAT GOD IS

When we show how great God is,
those unbelievers will then think "hey how come he/she is so peaceful and not afraid of the worldly stuffs and always so good to others is it the person's faith/religion ? and is it because of his/her God, hey I need this too!!!"

And also a reason why GOD always shows His glory or wants glory is because He Himself is a GOD of glory, His essence is sooo Naturally Holy and Glorious that He cannot help but show His glory, A good story will be the one of Moses, when Moses came down from mount Sinai after having a talk with GOD, Moses's face was so bring and filled with glory that the Israelite we TERRIFIED.

Exodus 39

29It came about when Moses was coming down from Mount Sinai (and the ^(AT)two tablets of the testimony were in Moses' hand as he was coming down from the mountain), that Moses did not know that ^(AU)the skin of his face shone because of his speaking with Him.

30So when Aaron and all the sons of Israel saw Moses, behold, the skin of his face shone, and ^(AV)they were afraid to come near him.

And inso I conclude in this short but blessed post that GOD shows His glory is to show how much unbelievers need this GOD and to save them :)

Psalms 37

There are times when we see evil or people indulging in sin/wrong doings/harming people, and we often feel discouraged as we wonder if they can do it, why can't we or why they do it. But david put it in a very good way in Psalms 37 I will highlight the points.

1 Don't worry about evildoers, why?

"They will wither away" an noun was used, "grass" "green herb", "spring flowers" I noticed from this that the characteristics of evildoers is that they may rise up or rule over people BUT only for a short while, spring flowers/grass/herbs are things we see around us in nature and these things always bloom for a while but after a season it is gone forever.

2 Trust in the LORD
"Then he will secure you safely and you will receive the desire of your heart"," Keep HIS word and His ways in so you will inherit the land"," Delight and enjoy the Lord", His love, His mercy,His wisdom....everything! When you trust Him, "He will do it"...Your prayers!!
Cultivate your faith in the Lord during these troubled times...you will become stronger in Him.

The Lord will bring our righteousness as Light to the people, judgement as noonday, brightening lifes warming people....But commit your way to the Lord.

Dont worry--Upgrade--Enjoy in the Lord--Trust in the Lord--Inheritance--Eternal reward

The rewards: Being used to bring light, warmth to the people, Deliverence, Exaltation, Inheritance.

This week I finally decide to commit every day and night to GOD and HIS word

Wake up I will read bible
Night I will do bible study

I have formulated my own unique plan for bible study and doing things.

I have 6 versions of the bible

1 New American Standard Bible
2 New King James Bible
3 New Living Translation
4 New message
5 Chinese Bible
6 King James bible

Each is used in a different situation,

1 NASB: For my bible study as it is proven one of the best and direct translation for New Testament and I need it for my studies in NT.

2 NLT: Is for my own reading and enjoyment as NLT is very enjoyable due to its expansion of words, I give you an example

in NASB or NKJV john 3:16 : For GOD so loved the world that he gave HIS own begotten son"

in NLT "For GOD loved the world so much that He gave His one and only Son"
The English and its expansion of words is so valuable to a reader, NLT will prove to be good to beginning Christians or for reading purposes but ULTIMATELY I KNOW bible study is best done with NASB/NKJV

3 The message: Also to for reading but for reading STORIES, the message is not so "right" and authentic in a way but I use it to read stories of the OT times and it helps me to understand the stories faster, but its written by Eugene H Peterson in a more "commentary" style.

4 NKJV: One of the best translations in the world, I use it for bible study and also for church.

5 Chinese union bible: Used together with my english bibles to comment each other and cuz I am a chinese so it is like understandable to me :)

6 KJV: One of the oldest translation, I hardly use this version anymore but its good to read as it is very challenging.

I also notice that when you read you will have a revelation and WRITE this down it is going to benefit you. I find that after a few years go back and read the findings you will notice that "hey how come I can write something wonderful like this, it is IMPOSSIBLE" my friends that is the Holy Spirit speaking to you.....it is also the same principal of how the saints and prophets wrote the BIBLE :)
